Hi everyone,
As person I am extremely shy, except when I’m writing, and then my true personality shines through. A sense of freedom and purpose become so clear to me while writing, which is why I will never stop. Unfortunately, I happen to suck at writing. So this is why I am here, to unashamedly beg for help. :)
On a more personal note, I am a married mother of three boys under the age of ten. As you can imagine my strong sense of humor has effectively saved my life on several occasions, thus I put a lot of humor in my stories. I enjoy writing sci-fi and romance and I have dabbled quite a bit in children’s stories for obvious reasons. Okay that's it for the moment, I'm all talked out. Don't worry, it won't last long.

As for the Review Room, new joiners often wonder why we do things a bit differently on this site than on other writing sites. We emphasize reviewing as a critical writing skill. Training your eye by reviewing other people's work helps you improve your own writing even before you present it for others to see. Therefore, we ask members to review other people's writing before posting work of their own. The Review Room forums on this site, therefore, are true workshops, not just a bulletin board for displaying your work (and on that note, please only post each item for review in one Review Room forum).
