Wrote a review but get error message

I wrote quite a bit of feedback for a new writer and get an error message that says "too short must be at least 25 characters". Between the original and my suggestions and edits, it's far greater than 25 so does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

The content within the quote tags is not counted. Your review comments are supposed to be substantive and specific, which will certainly require more than 25 characters.

I got the same problem a few times when I put my comments inside the quote box aswell. Just quote the bit you want to quoting, and leave your comments outside of the box. :)
