I'm the editor of a quarterly fantasy webzine that's debuing its first issue next month. We're currently open to submissions for September, and since I've noticed there are several fantasy writers around here, I thought I'd post up a general invitation to submit. I'll warn you up front, this isn't a paying market, but we are looking for great shorts, flash fiction, and poetry (must contain at least some fantastical elements).
