Hi I am new to this site and writing forums in general. I hope this will be a good place to contact fellow writers.

I have tried to write a novel before and abandonned it after around 30,000 words. It really cannot be salvaged so I have now started on a second. The outline is complete and I have written (and re written) the first few chapters and need the motivation to complete it.

Yep, as Onoria said post your writing progress in the Novels Update section (if you want) in General Writing and then post some of your novel down in the Novels section and there'll be plenty of people to read it, give opinions and critique.

Why not post up some of your first novel and see what critique you get for it. Any help and advice from fellow writers could help you improve it without having to start from scratch. ;)
