bicker 09-21-2006, 03:13 PM So how do you become a 'Senior Member' post alot, review alot or be here for awhile.
Daniel 09-23-2006, 05:43 PM I haven't quite yet developed each group as I'd like, but a Senior member has to be here for X days and have X posts. I believe it's currently 500 posts, but I'm not sure.
Spherical Time 10-02-2006, 11:07 PM I thought I'd point out that my user title says Senior Member, but the color hasn't changed. Maybe the user title and the color are on different systems?
Nexus 10-03-2006, 04:06 PM Im wondering how many posts to be an editor, I love reading peoples work. Personal experience decree's that in return for what people did for me, ill read peoples stories and tell them what I think.
So, how many posts for editor?
P.S. Can you add something called "reviewer" or something. I know its only a post title but people are more likely to listen if you have a specific name.

Ah, you are correct. They're on different systems... I'll see to getting some new titles when I get the chance.

For the editor, you'd have to be working with me in the ezine... currently not in need of any editors.
I do plan on adding a reviewer rank along with an improved review system soon, possibly this weekend.
Nexus 10-04-2006, 02:16 AM Cool, thanks for explaining that. Id be glad to become a reviewer, although Im guessing its a litttle too soon seeing as I only joined 2 days ago!
As with the ezine, where can I actually access it?
Daniel 10-04-2006, 04:57 PM Ezine hasn't been published yet. It will be quarterly (4 times a year). We hope to have our fall issue out near the end of the month.
Nexus 10-05-2006, 08:43 PM God, its going to make it hard with the deadlines seeing as I live in a different country. Anyway, I misunderstood and I thought you had been active here a little longer.
I'd love to help with the Ezine, and ill probably apply for editor soon.
WhispWillow 10-06-2006, 12:54 PM I look forward to the ezine. Hopefully we can add something festive in every issue.
I.e, fall issue, things to do with Halloween
Daniel 10-06-2006, 04:26 PM God, its going to make it hard with the deadlines seeing as I live in a different country. Anyway, I misunderstood and I thought you had been active here a little longer.
The dates aren't deffinate, but the timeframe for release is probably something like this:
October 29th (Fall Issue)
January 29th (Winter Issue)
April 29th (Spring Issue)
July 29th (Summer Issue)
Note that the 29th (or even the months) isn't set, just an estimation.
Nexus 10-06-2006, 10:01 PM Ok. Does anyone know if Australia and America have any differences in the date. Im pretty sure the time is only 12 hours off? I just thought that might cause me a problem with the differences, their isnt many Australians on stuff like this!
Spherical Time 10-07-2006, 02:07 AM Australia gets through each day before America does. So, when October 6 ends in Australia, it will still be October 6 in America for another few hours.
As long as you get work in by the end of the day where you live, you should be fine.
WhispWillow 10-07-2006, 03:26 AM So what happens when its the end of the world?
Where does Austrailia stand then?
Verto 10-11-2006, 12:48 PM well we all die. No matter where you are lol.
Nexus 10-12-2006, 12:16 AM Yeah, but if any records survive then the alien's will be dumbstruck at when Ragnarok actually happened.
I personlly think timezones are stupid. For all the problems it causes us, you might as well get used to 1pm being in the middle of the night.
Verto 10-12-2006, 10:17 AM well thats all great but you are hardly going to act like it is 1 pm when it is the middle of the night.
Time zones are there because the postion of the zones 'sunlight hours' if you like are where they should be.
I guess it could work though.
