This is somewhat within the family tree of Word Association. Basically, you have to post something relevant to the post the previous person did, but it has to be nonsensical. For example I say;

"My hats are mad but the puppeteer had red skin."

Then someone else will come along and go,

"But what of red skin? My blankets are the colour of moon, yet no wine had drunk the corn of my sister's facial blemish."

So, totally nonsensical, right? That's the idea.
