Spring, no rain for once but I want it to have rained pretty recently so it's not too dry. I'd have slept in until noon for once, and that damned mocking bird didn't wake me up for once. Then, I'd wake up with my cat sammie there to keep me company while I pet her and she purrs while I watch the birds and squirrels outside. Then I'd take a walk outside, and go to my woods, and sit on the liberty tree. I'd have a picnic after a few hours of rest and then maybe fate will let me see a real life Ichneumon, because honestly, they live in my area but they are too shy.

Mine is also in Spring. I would also want to have my cats Oreo an Gilly wake me up sometime in the morning. The light would shine really brightly through my window and give me a really happy feeling. I would go outside and lie in the grass for a while and enjoy the warmth of the sun. I might draw for a while. My roomies and I would have fun doing some cooking experiment for lunch and then we'd call up some friends and all go hiking. We would climb to the top of one of the mountains nearby and just sit at the top for the while and enjoy how perfectly silent it is. And watch the sun set. Bolt, myself. There's a probability that I would get shot at, maybe not. If I did get shot at, there's a good chance I wouldn't get hit. If I did get hit, there's a good chance it wouldn't be a fatal wound. The odds are most definitely in my favour, and I could at the very least call attention to the situation. :)

If the person was defending his or herself, he or she would most likely not face any penalties for killing the attacker so it's a moot question.
