I think it's just a bandwidth problem. Not that I have any idea what that means.

I first saw it as a quote from Douglas Adams, which my BF insisted Adams had stolen from Robert Benchley (note: you can always get a rise out of my BF by pretending to confuse Robert Benchley with Peter Benchley :).

Then when I wanted to put it in my signature, I went to check the wording and discovered that the consensus on the Web is that is was really Gene Fowler who came up with it.

But that feeling of staring at the page, with no way to get from the concept you want to express to some set of words that will express it, has got to be universal among writers.

I still can't get on WF.com - is there any reason why it's working for some but not for others? I've tried the link from my favourites and just re-typing the address, but keep getting the same old message.
