At first you expect the humor to go one way (Mad TV is not known for it's tasteful humor), then you don't know what way it's gonna go, then it takes you by surprise, and the end result is hilarious.

Although I don't agree with the current state of the war, I resent that. If I recall correctly, Saddam refused inspection at first, denied it in certain parts of countries, and did all he could to make it look like he had weapons.
