Pretended that I was gay to keep this one male co-worker from annoying me. He was a homophobe, and from the way he acted with everyone else I would have decked him within an hour.
So everyone for several months killed themselves laughing as I smiled at him, waved, acted all girly to him, and he ran away in terror. By the end I think he had gotten over his homophobia and was getting attracted to me. Fortunately at that point he was fired. It was getting creepy.

What was the scariest experience you ever had?

Almost dying in a boat. Off tofino coast (west coast canada) we were on our way to hot springs and went around the corner of an island and the tides started to change and our boat was "ify" to say the least. Anyways waves came from all directions...we were free falling over the back of them...i had my 3 yr old daughter with me. ruined the whole trip. Biggest waves I have ever seen. People who go to the hotsprings go in HUGE boats. We had no idea though.just dumb i guess. Avid boaters though, so its not like we were green horns.

The birth of my son, was my first child and he was coming 2 months early and we got flown to the city and after2 days and both my son and I nearly dieing a few times during the labour he was finally born and they rushed him away, he stopped breathing on the way to ICU and was so tiny and frail and I didn't getto hold him for 3 days. I spent 5 weeks in hospital with him and it was terrifying. But a wonderful experience at the same time.

What do you plan on doing with the rest of your life?

Will you settle for the next 30 years or so? Because I intend to live forever. I wish to teach math and science at the college level for the next phase of my life.

What drives you to write in your particular genre?

My experiences and beleive me there are a few always help me to create my world and when i have a full world I write. But I like to write stories that Id love to read.

I enjoy looking at apparently ordinary events and seeing them sideways. I'll get a strange scenario stuck in my head and want to try to paint it for others to see.

Black (I don't dream)

Only rarely, usually when I have a fever. I almost never remember my dreams anyway.

As and when i have free time.

Why do you write?

I've always loved words, and the subtle shades of meaning they convey. And I have a creative side that likes to express thoughts in many distinct ways.

I don't think anything would make me give up writing. However I do know from past experience that other pursuits can push it back in priority to where I don't write for a long time.

What is your favourite colour?

I do not have a single favorite color, but I do favor reds, blues, and every violet shade in between.

To what degree you consider your writing image driven, character driven, and plot driven?

When I draft the first subplots before creating the main story plot. Then I can really work on charactors.

Why Do you Write?

I write because there is nothing more wonderful than painting the most beautiful piece of artwork with words. Words have so many meanings and I want to express them all through writing.

If you HAD to commit a crime for which you could go to jail if you were caught, what would you do and why?

Commit the crime and rob that darned bank. Then spend spend spend.


What would you do if you went home to find when you opened the door you stepped into an alternative reality and everything there was poverty stricken and your family were long since dead. Leaving you on the run from the law which when caught would be a death sentence?

Try and help at least one person before I was murdered by the law.

Hmm. Can the law murder? Is not the definition of murder an unlawful taking of life? Even if it's due to a bad law, it would be execution.

On the other hand, an officer of the law can commt murder, if he or she causes a death in a manner not sanctioned by law.

As for a crime, I would choose a crime that is a moral imperative, such as breaking someone out from death row who is provably innocent but cannot get justice due to the bureaucracy of the system. Or I would use lethal force to take out someone who was threatening the lives of people I care about (aqlthough in that case I probably would not be convicted).

I would proberly want to be the Villian but then some stories have a Villainous charactor who is a good guy. Id proberly go for that.

It really depends on the genre, since I write humor I would be the villain. I'd be doing something stupid, like taking everyones left glove. If it was any other genre, a hero... since I can't really see myself being a /real/ bad girl.

I wanted to become a psychologist since I were 9. Chances are I'll end up in a job that is closely related to that profession

Yes. It was a test in Human Relations class (talk about a wishy-washy curriculum), and I decided I'd rather lay in the grass in the sun, behind the pool building.

lol. Yes. I sneak them out like cookies from the cookie jar. Lady like, I know!

No. I barely (heh) dance at all.

I prefer night time so I can take a walk and no one will see me, not that it makes sense to anyone but me. x)

What kind of music do you listen to and why?

I like different kinds of music for different moods. Sometimes I prefer classical music, usually very dramatic, stirring pieces. I like jazz when I'm feeling sad, or just feel like something free and innovative. I like rock songs from my youth, and a fair amount of newer popular music to just sing along with. I like rap and R&B for other moods.

I have no use for elevator muzak or country. I don't like music that is spilling crude profanity or hate out of every verse. I don't like formula music churned out for a few quick bucks.

What makes you want to write, and what makes you unable to write for a time?

what makes me write? hmmm I get these pictures in my head or a scene in my head and it keeps growing when I write it down, and I like creating life, and wonderful things that captures peoples interest. So I make me write because it makes me happy.
What makes me unable to write? when I cant make the story work the way I want it too. Or I cant get my flow going.

if you could live the life of any person other than yourself who would it be and why? can be fictional or real.

Spongebob Square pants. He has parents that care too much, he is oblivious to the world, he has friends that are truly.. true. He has this nature that couldn't let him hate you. I'd love to be him anyday.

You'd think the first thing that would come to mind is money, but I'd say jugs of iced cold water. Though maybe at the moment I'm thirsty and don't know it. Though... maybe I'd rather an unlimited supply of truly so ripe they fall apart at the touch nanners.

ermmm, i would have to say The Tweenies as they are way to popular for their own good. what happened to good old TV like Blues Clue and Tots TV and Teletubbies. they are proper childrens TV.

Wow, what a question. This is going to sound wrong but I really don't like myself, and I would probably change my whole appearance just so I wouldn't be myself anymore. Though I'd keep my hair.
