This is something to get your creative side going in a short time.

Make a story. Could be about anything: horror, drama, comedy, whatever. You're free to write anything your little mind can think of. One little rule: Write the plot/summary in less than five minutes. That's all. It's a quick way to get your juices going.

Maybe someone will pick up your idea an write a bestseller out of it. Ha.

Felipe, born and raised by his siblings, has never seen his real parents. Living in the dirty rural of Colombia doesn't help either. His parents died three months after birth due to an ongoing rivalry between families, and his siblings, a 7-year old sister and 12-year old brother, need to escape. Seven years have passed and Felipe has grown accostumed to banana peels for food and the occasional spoiled tomato. One random day, a power couple find this threesome and decide to adopt. After seven years of poverty, how will these children adapt to life of the rich? One will escape just four days after adoption, the other will grow to become one of business, and the other .. well, let's just say the last was better in the alleys of Colombia.

A young person named Trave quits the porn industry and leaves the stately manor for the dusty road. Trave travels the world looking for love but finds spirited adventure on the way. On the summit of the Andes mountains, Trave locates the secret enclave of the bombastics, a race of super-powered gerbils, who teach the mysteries of the lunatics to one and all. While imbued with new wisdom, Trave writes short stories of no particular genre, and eventually gets a generous contract from Penguin publishing. Then he gets to meet Klaus Kinski, the famous German actor.

A young boy, killed at the age of 7 by his father and buried along the turnpike of the local highway, has found a way to communicate with those he loved. Doing whatever he can, the boy has struggled to make it back to the home in which he was shown compassion and care, only to find that his mother has rekindled feelings for the very man who took the son she was never supposed to have been blessed with. Fighting for his voice, the boy must break hearts to get to the center of all he holds dear---before he loses one more thing he just recieved again, the power to love.

Her cats were her life. Sixty years of age, unmarried and retired. She had 12 cats to be exact. All very different cats. Most were long haired; they made a horrible mess in the house. We could never understand why she had so many and how she could even stand them!

I did ask her that very same question one day. She gave a very long winded reply that I will never forget.

"Cats are... like a fine velvet. I suppose you could say that. Soft like velvet in the least. Unlike velvet, they can give back and are far easier to clean. Yes, if you give them a bath, they will fight back and most probably scratch the hell out of you. It's much more then that, they don't disappoint you like people will. They won't tell your secrets, in fact they rarely argue with you. Yes, they do argue, in a sense. Cats are little friends that will stay with you for as long as you, or they live. If you feed them, they will be there. Now that is not to say they will love you. Love is a rarity even in cats."

(ROFL. Ok. I guessed I would try it and here it is. Now it's horrible and at the moment I am scared to even post it. I was just looking at my cat and wala. Cat lady came into my mind =P Then I made some very random long speech that had nothing really to say in it. How embarrassing for me.)

A young unwed mother discovers that she has the power to speak to the dead. One day her baby's daddy's ghost comes to her to help him investigate his murder, even though she thought he died a year ago in a car crash. The cops are skeptical to her claims though, as the man's death was ruled a suicide. The mother soon finds that her man was involved in a shady conspiracy, and that the men are trying to create an army of ghosts. Soon the group tries to have her committed, but she manages to escape and get her baby back. Can this young mother raise a son with the ghost of her ex, all while trying to stop a secret underground society and keep from being sent to an asylum?
