My name is Kat, I'm eighteen and I'm at university in Montreal, Canada. I write mostly short stories, a tiny bit of awful poetry, and I have one novel-in-progress.

Favourite writers: Jane Austen, Murakami, Tolstoy, Carson McCullers, Margaret Atwood, George Orwell, Gabriel Garcia Marquez. I could go on forever but I'll stop here. I'll read anything, though I'm not a big genre person. I like general literary fiction.
