What was the rose (good thing) and thorn (bad thing) of your day?



I'll start -


Rose: Woke up at five, like I had planned.
Thorn: Had a three hour nap which defeated the whole purpose of making myself tired for tonight.

Rose - Got to hang with Haley(my favorite little kid)

Thorn- Very crabby and anti-social today D=

Rose - i was awake before 12 today :)

thorn - i feel like i am being ganged up upon on this other forum because of my opinions, per usual :(

rose- I am finally catching up ony my mountain of laundry
thorn- I am doing laundry uhg

Rose: It was the last day of summer school today!

Thorn: At the restaurant that I work at, I accidentally spilled strawberry shortcake all over a woman. Damn! She was very nice about the whole ordeal, but my manager wasn't to thrilled. :redface: Oops. I worked overtime, to say the least.

Rose - Slept and rested plenty and am now feeling better!

Thorn- I got nothing done today and my body is aching from sleeping too much x)

Rose: It's Friday!!
Thorn: I'm wiped out, and I feel "different."
Yay for confusing posts.. :p

Rose - i'm going swimming with my boyfriend :) haven't seen him since Wednesday

Thorn - his mates girlfirend (Katy) is going and i don't really like her :p

(Just remember your basic lifesaving skills - if she's caught in a rip current, throw her an anchor so she doesn't get carried further from shore!)

Rose- I got new socks! :D

Thorn- I ran out of ice cream!

Rose- I woke up this morning to see my boyfriend.

Thorn- I have to take Torana more icecream!

(Would that be pink stawberry ice cream?)

Paddlepop icecream... they just happen to have pink in them! ^_^

Rose - me and nick spent the day together swimming and on the rides and talking and stuff :)

thorn - when me and nick were kissing in the pool some fat kid jumped in and shouted to him "why are you snogging her?!" i could have died of embaresment. :( we swam away from each other after that :p

(Cannonball boy was just jealous)

Rose - I had a fantastic day, spending time with my best friend

Thorn - My mum hates her.

Rose - The sun is shining

Thorn - I woke up to the sun shining

Rose: I placed well in my 2'0" Hunter class. (horseback riding, 3rd place.)

Thorn: I did horribly in the flat classes (6th, and no place).

Doubley-thorn: I thought that I did well in the flat classes, and terribbly in the Hunter.

...Interesting. :confused:

Well done in the hunter class then.

Rose - My mobile phone service came back

Thorn - My ex rang a million times

Rose - i having been eating some Nesquick. (chocolate ceral balls.)

Thorn - i woke pu and my hair was minging. :(

Rose: Yesterday was surprisingly fun, despite my introvertedness. : ) (work BBQ)

Thorn: More theory studying plus a lot of chores to catch up on.

Rose: Had a pizza for lunch-e-o.

Thorn: Am feeling uncomfortably outspoken within the forum.

Rose: Have a system glitch at work, and as such am unable to do my work. : )

Thorn: ^^ Means more work to catch up on on Friday.

Rose: It's Friday! And I bought a new book yesterday.

Thorn: Theory is getting reaallly close.

Rose: I turned 17 and I got about the best gift ever.

Thorn- I have black ink all over me(don't ask.) and I'm incredibly tired.

Rose- I got new socks!

Thorn- I ran out of ice cream!

Rose- Today's Saturday :)

Thorn- Monday's almost here...

Rose: My OH made my lunch this morning so I could have a long shower
Thorn: I'm at work - again.

Rose: Waking up, talking to my dog, being able to remember my dream (which was very strange) so that I could record it into my journal, and thinking about the long guitar solo that Helmut played for me over the phone yesterday evening. I just woke up so anything that's better than that automatically replaces what I just wrote here. Oh yeah: And I just ate a cheese omlette and it totally kicked ass. In a few minutes I'm going to go out for my morning stroll with my dog, cat, and parrot.

Thorn: I told them I would work today even though I'm not scheduled. Also my dream was about a guy calling me and when I woke up I was all excited because I thought it was this one guy I sort of like, but then after I had been awake for a little while I realized with a sort of shock that it is actually this other guy I don't like too well who has the same name. :( Oh well! yours in Chaos, Scarlett

Rose: Going to see High School Musical 3: Senior Year Today. (Aw, hush...friends love it and I've always been curious about it.)

Thorn: Someone broke into my car and stole my GPS system. Glass shards...EVERYWHERE. >.<

Rose: Learning about iDoser yesterday. :)

Thorn: Having to turn off iDoser because I have to work. :(

Rose : Seeing my new cousin Ethan Zhie for the first time and my angels and myself getting a break from my parents today.

Thorn : Not enough time talking to my loaf today. I'm going to go sulk about that now! :(

Rose: I managed to get some sleep.

Thorn: It really didn't help.

Rose: I got to see my boyfriend before he went back to college after visiting me!

Thorn: I had to research three historical figures for my AP European class. I dread having to write three reports tomorrow.
