Avatars change. The one I have now, and have had for a while, is cropped from a movie publicity shot of the Silver Surfer, and with the background adjusted.

My first avatar here was a photo of Rodin's statue, The Thinker. In between I had a color drawing of a floating brain with eyes bobbing at the end of optic nerves.

When you change your avatar, it changes for every post you've ever written, so there's no use looking through back posts to see the older avatars. :)

My current avatar is from a game I play called neopets. It is a mini world type of game where you raise neopets and buy and sell items.

This is just one of my favorite lemon items the site offers.

My avatar is SUPPOSED to look like Harley Davidson, but instead it's Tenacious D(The Best Band in The World)lol:D

I'd use Critchon, but I haven't found an avatar of him I like enough. That and I like Talyn, but you have to feel sorry for him at the end of series three.

I love Farscape - it's my only real foray into sci-fi. I reckon I love is so much because it's sci-fi that does not take itself seriously and is thus funny and good, a rare combo.

Anyway my avatar is IceBat, one of the series of Ugly Dolls - I think he's pretty sweet and thus I bought him for the princely sum of £9.99 from playlounge.com in the UK, he's now my avatar and guardian angel as he sits atop of my headboard in my flat.

I love Farscape - it's my only real foray into sci-fi. I reckon I love is so much because it's sci-fi that does not take itself seriously and is thus funny and good, a rare combo.

That blend of sci-fi and comedy (plus an obscene amount of pop culture references) is what makes Farscape the best sci-fi of recent years. The fact that Crichton seems incapable of taking anything seriously gives the series the same effect, and the complexity of the plot arcs and characters drew me in from the first season. Just a shame it got cancelled.
