Everyone of us has experienced or heard about other peoples experiences that give us new insight into the rules of life. So feel free to share them.
Here are some that I've found to be very useful.
- Always have a Plan D, because at some point Plans A, B, and C are going to fail.
- Running away screaming like a baby is an acceptable Plan D.
Addendum: This is also a viable plan A.
- Occasionally unadulterated violence may be called for. 99% of the time this is due to stupidity on yours or someone elses part. So stop being stupid.
- If someone offers you a deal thats too good to be true, run away.
- Following the crowd is sometimes a good idea. Especially when crossing busy streets, hopefully someone in the crowd knows what they're doing, and you will have some padding if a car decides to plow through.
- Money isn't everything, don't be afraid to part with it for a good reason, such as running away with your tail between your legs.
- Money buys essentials like food, water, and beds, use it wisely.
- Try not to do anything that will come back to haunt you in quiet, lonely, and boring moments. You will have many quiet, lonely, and boring moments in your life.
- Having a single option available is still an option, weigh it carefully.
- The best laid plans of mice and men most often go astray, but a viable plan is still a hell of a lot better then jumping blind into a wood chipper.
