I had a really cruddy day today and put it down to mondayitis. I never really suffered from this mysterious disease before but what do you guys think? Has it affected you? does it exist at all?:rolleyes:

Nope I had a wonderful Monday cause I spent what....around 2-3 hours on the phone to Jon lol and found out that my kids god mother is going to take care of them for 5 days so I can go stay with him for 5 days so yeah my day can't get any better.

Which also means I am going to be departing WA for 5 days next month and woohooo I am so excited lol

Mondayitis left me alone today! I feel so lucky lol

I think it exists to the same extent that full moon craziness or triskadecaphobia exists - because people believe it exists.

Although I enjoy my weekends, I generally don't mourn when they are done with, and I don't hold my breath waiting for the next one.

Mondays are a time of beginnings, to get a fresh start on either what still needs doing from last week, or for new projects and tasks. Having refreshed myself on the weekend, I can approach challenges with more creativity than I can later in the week, and with more energy.

It's a matter of attitude.

Blech. tday it affected me even though I never really believed that it existed, except for those that drank waaaaay too much sunday night.

I just had a bad grumpy day and was so irritated! @.@ and no this is not special visitors time. Just grumpy
and didn't care today at all.
I don't like the feeling mind you. I always hate feeling like that, well, almost always!
But annoying customers do not help at all! :D but I'm feeling happier now!

Sometimes it is very satisfying to annoy customers :D

Just annoying when they try and tell you how to do your job, when they park in the wrong place when there are no cars on either side. Or when they park next to the rubbish bin instead of the petrol bowser or when they say that the car isn't full when the petrol is running down the side of it.... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Or when you get asked if it's going to rain! hmmmm
I really do feel better now! :D
But don't you ever get days like you just wanna pack it in and tell everyone how you REALLY feel? and tell people what you are really thinking? hmmm

Well, if they say the tank isn't full, oblige them! If they want to pay for petrol running into the storm drains, good for them.

Make sure you REALLY enforce the no smoking rule near the pumps though!

Or... don't and stay home for a few days. Yeah, still an arsonist.

If I actually enjoyed my work, no, I wouldn't mind Mondays..
But I don't, so I hate them quite a bit.

The jobs I had attempted to get a while ago didn't work out, so I don't really have much to do. Supposed to have done something with 'friends' before everyone goes their separate ways for college... but not much has happened yet.

Find a job you love and stick to it.

A 9-5 work day is utter madness unless you're enjoying yourself.. (or in my life - 7:30 - 3:30)

No, no... it's not that I quit. It's that I was never hired. Stupid employers.

Monday was prtty crappy today. I washed my boat and it took forever and it was super hot out, and my daughter kept mucking up the parts I already washed. There was a cougar in the area so I couldn't let her get out and go play......then I came home and barked at my bf trying to steal my melted chocolate bar .lol.....ahh the warm weather makes me very snappy

I've come down with a serious case of Mondayitis. My day couldn't have been worse.

Case in point: I go back to school tomorrow, and I spent the entire day doing chores and at work. Blech!
