Hey,
I am trying to write an essay for my english class and it has to be in the form of point-by-point. I've never written an essay like this before so I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on how to go about it. I think I have an idea of what to do with it, but I'd really like to hear what you guys know about it. Thanks!:)

I was a maverick student. Some teachers liked the fact that I didn't abide by their rules to the tee, and some others did not.

Best not to ask me.

I've separated this so it is not a live link.

This seems to have a good explanation for point by point (they also call it feature by feature). It looks like you take 2 items and compare them, first one than the other, with transition sentences in between.

All I did to find this was search "Point by Point essay" I got several hits.
