Well ... It all depends upon which day you die, and which form Tom Waits chooses to take on that day. For instance: If you die on a tuesday, and Tom Waits chooses to be a Retail Manager at an Illegal tire store on that day, you're definately going to heaven. If you die on a day ending in 'y' and Tom waits chooses to be himself on that day, you're going to Hell. If you die on a Saturday and Tom Waits decides to move to Pennsylvania, then you'll end up in an inevitable Stephen King memoir, and thus need not to worry about the whole heaven/hell thing.
