Where has everyone gone. Since I was last active everyone has vanished. This place used to be extremely active and now its like a ghost town. What happened to the regulars and the top posters.

The lounge used to be active like every twenty minutes and now its as dead as JFK.

Seriously dude where has everyone gone. Have they found somewhere better or is forum life becoming a thing of history. Even the mods are inactive. And Torana she is always online well was.

Torana is away and will be for the next two months for a start off.

but for God's sake, can people stop moaning, please! This is the second thread along with millions of other references about how dead it is here. tough, it happens, people have things to do and sites often go though a slow period. so please, lets just try and post as much as we can, or want to, and get on with it.

I am sorry but I am not being aggresive, just pointing out a fact. We cannot do anything about the people not being here, and we cannot help and make the site move faster. So please, please, stop complaining about it.

I'm here in the background - just don't have the time to post (except for this one obviously) at the moment. I'll be back in full force at the wknd, as I'm sure will others - It's abusy time of the year what with people going back to school / college and the like.

Every forum hits slow periods. It's a simple fact of life - the fact that people do have real lives, and have to prioritize their activities accordingly.

As for where people have gone, those who choose to announce it usually do so in The Come and Go Room. Other than that, we respect people's privacy.

I have noticed that boards from time to time slow down. Heck the board I own and run is down to 10 members. Can't seem to attract anyone else. But it will pick up again probably as soon as the bad weather really hits.
Everyone I hope does have a busy life in the real world and nice as this one is the pay is not all that great. We all need to eat.
So come and go as you can and will. Drop in when you get the chance and if you finish that novel and get it published remember all the little people who knew you when you were one of the little people.

I havn't been on as much due to a few things...
1) I have some personal things to take care of.
2) I've been asked to join a band and have been playing like crazy.
3) After an argument with another memeber on this site i've felt less and less enclined to come on.
4) Collage work is far too demanding.

Awww i'm sorry too for not being as active lately, i've still been on in the background and logging on regularly just not had time for as much posting.

With the amount of coursework i'm doing, the revision for my upcoming exams and the number of hours i'm working... its hard to find time to do anything I actually enjoy nowadays.

Hulls is currently organising his move to the Falkland Isles, and Torana is sorting family business or something similar. I think...

The Falklands is such a strange place to go. Ah well who Am I to say what’s good and bad. Just one could say this place is very empty with both of them absent for such a long period. I can assume you know them both then.

I would love to visit the Falkland Islands. I read a bit about it a number of years ago and added it to my list of places to visit. certainly hope he will be happy there.

No indeed! Although I greatly miss them both, there have been plenty of new members and plenty of writing to review. The lounge has been quiet, but that's just the social mecca of the site, not the entire site.

yes it is quite dead around here, but it makes a good time for writing rather than catching up with the crazy converstations. So I guess there is an upside to the quiet forum ;)

Torana will be away for a while. It's unlikley that she will come back before december the 9th but I'm not sure. All I know is that her laptop finally died and most of her story got wiped from a bad virus.
