I put this question to all published and unpublished writer's out there. I'm currently undergoing the construction of a piece of work that I am aiming to send to Silhouette Nocturne. I'm a member of eHarlequin and I've been reading the Writing Guidelines and it has stated that when submitting work I should enclose a Query Letter, short Synopsis and three chapters of my book.

Since I've never actually submitted any of my writing to be published, I've never written a Query Letter or a Synopsis. Does anyone have any tips or links to websites that could help me, and point in the write direction for writing QL's and Synopsis's?

Any help would be much appriciated.
