Hi,everyone l am new on this website also.About myself,well I am 29 years old,I am a mum and student, I write poems and songs.I have been writing poems for years ,and songs about a year which in the near future hopefully you will hear them on the radio.I live in Melbourne Australia.My poems are my interpretation of how l see things through my eyes so please be nice to me.And as my quote says,IT'S NOT WHAT YOU SAY,IT'S HOW YOU SAY IT!, I am definitely up for peoples criticism!

Hi guys,this site is the first site l have ever joined that is based on writing. I must admit that when l read some peoples comments to others writing, l was a bit disheartened by others remarks as when it comes to my writing it is a very personal road in my life and it's a way I vent things out.But now l have read comments about the poem l wrote when l was 17 about my special son, people weren't as harsh as l thought they would be. I suppose l have looked at writing as there is no right and wrong way of writing,and if it comes from your soul thats all that matters!!! So thanx to the people that haven't put me off this website.
