There is a book, Letter Perfect, which consists entirely of samples of nearly every classification of correspondence you couls ask for, and general guidelines as to what and what not to say in your own letters under various circumstances. mammamaia 03-06-2008, 02:34 PM in fiture, you might want to consider calling such stuff 'generic' instead of 'neutral' to save confusion... or just business/personal letter 'format'... |
