Plot will be reveled after members have joined. It will also tell the location of the New Jedi Council, and where the Imperial Fleet is located.

If you do not want a be a Jedi or Sith, you do not have to. Just erase the imformation that does not apply to your character. You should have the Weapon’s Introduction if you do not have a Lightsaber. You will not need to put the Force Introduction or the Strength Introduction because you do not have the Force, and you have mastered all the Strength Powers.

Height: 5' 11" ft.
Weight: 250 lbs.
Prominent Hand: Right
Attire: Coarse dark gray cloak, a small chain mail sash worn over his right shoulder.
Description: C'Tzr's earliest memory is of being strapped to a surgeon's table as long metal worms were inserted beneath his skull. As each worm borrowed into his head, memories grew fuzzy and faded. Rapidly his mind filled with thoughts of pain, torture, and death until he thought he'd go insane. Perfect for the Tatooine Pit Fights. Trained as a pit fighter, C'Tzr rapidly become a crowd favorite - for both his brutal fighting style and the fact that opponent's occasionally found themselves unable to move as he slaughtered them. During his last match a vicious blow to the head disrupted one of the worms. The hate began to ebb and flow leaving him unsuitable for further combat. Slated for "harvesting", his life was spared at the last minute by an old herbalist who'd long showed interest in the fighter.
The herbalist and C'tzr were walking in the herb garden. A luxury that spoke more of the old man's wealth than anything else.
The old man turned toward his companion. "What do you want?"
C'tzr shook his head. "I wasn't always like this. I want the hate to go. It's not me. They made me hate."
The old man smiled and knelt besides a Kasha bush. He plucked a weed and twisted it in his fingers. "Look at this weed. It's just a small thing really and will probably wilt in the noonday sun. I could ignore it but if I do more weeds will come. But, if I take the weed and dry it out, I combat fever. By using the weed, instead of letting it die or ignoring it, it becomes a tool."

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away....

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/6/6c/Star_Wars_Logo.svg/694px-Star_Wars_Logo.svg.png

Roleplay I:
The Anarchism of the Jedi

Wars are spreading across the galaxy like plagues. Under the power of Emperor Vincere, the Imperial armada have been scattering across the stars in search for any Jedi or loyalist to the Republic in desperate attempts to eliminate them. The Yuuzhan Vong invaders from the Outer Rims of the galaxy have doubled in numbers every decade for the past three centuries and have destroyed planet after planet. After finding an ancient archive of the Old Confederacy of Independent Systems, a Neimoidian named Krakqu reformed the CIS, calling it the New Order of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Over the past decade, NOCIS has been crossing the galaxy, controlling star system after star system, destroying homes and lives. The Galactic Republic is suffering from what is known as the “Trinity of Tyranny.”

The Senate has been actively trying to stop the fighting with diplomacy, but all attempts have failed. War was the only alternative. With the Republic and Rebellion joining up against common foes, they were still no match for the Tyranny that Emperor Vincere upheld throughout the galaxy. Desperate measures called for desperate pleading. The Jedi High Council, along with Jedi around the galaxy all joined together with the Republic and Rebellion to take down the Sith, Yuuzhan Vong, and NOCIS once and for all, and hopefully, bring peace back to the galaxy.

Twenty-four years of hostilities and battles were faught and survivors were always minimal. The Republic began to worry about the great amount of Jedi and Senators that had defected to the Sith and Empire. The Jedi High Council was troubled as well. They were going to need every willing soul they could to save the galaxy. The Grand Master sent out a distress beacon to any Jedi that would take it. Unfortunately, it was intercepted by the Sith and never responded to. The Council than relied on the Force, hoping that the disturbance would send forth heroes, whom would forever be known as, “The Heroes of the Force.”

443 ABY: Aaron Ray Leblanc and Sylvana Valentine are born.

453 ABY

The waterfalls were always our favorite spot in the whole wide world. Everything was so quiet, so beautiful, so passionate. Everything was living with vivid depiction. The wind blew through our hair ever so softly as we would run through the wildflowers, making figure eights as we ran between each other, our arms outstretched like the starships we had always admired from afar. I laughed again as I ran besides her, trying my hardest to beat her to the Falls.

The race up the small hillside of flowers was short and I had lost. She truly was a fast girl. I looked at her, my hands on my knees, slightly panting from all of the running. She was doing the same, already recuperated much faster than I. I smiled at her, tagging her on the shoulder before sprinting off again. It was useless. She dove on me faster than I could run away, making us tumble and fall down the opposite side of the small hill, rolling down to the flat garden of wildflowers and tall grass that was just before the Falls. We were safe, by far.

After wrestling for a moment, she pinned me. I laughed. She wasn’t that much older than me. We were born the same year, grew up together, and are closer to each other than any brother or sister we both had ever met before. And we both had a secret that only we knew.

We both could control the Force.

It was our little secret. Something we would sneak out during nights to go practice throwing things like rocks and logs in the forests alone and practicing our speed and agility during the days.

In Theed, there were legends of Jedi and Sith battles that had taken place centuries ago that were vital to the fall of the Republic, as well as battles that had led to the Valiant Era. We spent many a day studying about the Jedi together. We did everything but sleep and go to the restroom together and one day, we both wanted to be great Jedi.

We wanted to save the galaxy.

I laughed gently under my breath as I lifted a rock the size of my fist up in the air, my hand five feet from the object. I looked at her with a deep smile.

“Look, I’m getting better.”

“Yeah, you are.” She seemed as excited as I was. “You’re doing great, Airy.”

I blushed. She was the only one that called me Airy. It was a joke she and I had made up a few years ago when we found out our powers. I had been running and I jumped in the air off a high hill towards the slope, catching the wind I had thought to float in the air for a few moments before falling to the earth below. She thought I had been flying a kite more than being the kite. Ever sense, she had been calling me Airy.

“Pretty soon, I’ll be able to do the same things you can!” I was excited. She was a little better at her Force powers than I was. I could do what Jedi called the Core Force Powers while Syl could do some of the Universal Force Powers really well, like Force Throw, Breath Control, and Force Listening.

“You’re already pretty good, Airy, don’t feel bad.” She was always empathetic. I was never sure if that was the Force power talking or her. It still made me happy though. I could always use the boost in my self-esteem.

“Thanks, Syl.” Her smile made me smile. It was a big circle of happiness that for some reason, neither of us could control.

A big circle of happiness that was only about to get better.

“Aaron,” she whispered to me, looking towards the Falls.

“Sylvana?” I laughed aloud. We were alone. Why would we whisper?

“I want to show you something. Something I found in the forest two nights ago, when we were climbing the trees.”

I tried to remember back. I remembered losing her for an hour. I was afraid that something bad had happened to her, but when I found her, she was perfectly fine. No scratches, no bruises, just a smile.

“I found a hole. An entrance to a cave.”

“Really?!” I jumped, completely enthused. I loved our adventures in the forests. “What was in it? Anything cool? Any treasure?”

She laughed, “No silly, way better.”

I looked at her and waited for the answer. I was anxious but she just smiled at me, turned, and sprinted off towards the distance. I had to keep up with her if I wanted to see what was happening. Her speed was far better than mine. When she was excited, she would double in speed while I would still be trailing behind.

It took no time at all to enter the dark forests. The tall foliage and branches of green leaves covered the sky from us. She turned left and right between the large trees, disappearing from site every now and again before I was able to catch up.

Until finally…

She disappeared.

I slowed down, looking left and right both ways. I couldn’t figure out where she had gone. I was concerned, but I knew she was okay. I looked around once again, before stopping to meditate. It was something I did often. If I stopped and mediated, I would be able to focus the Force on where she was.

She was close. I could feel her close to my body. I looked to my left and walked towards the feeling. I looked straight ahead, smiling as she jumped from the ground, high above my head before landing in front of me.

She laughed, “You found me.”

“I’m getting better, huh?” I smiled, before looking at for her hands, which were behind her back. “Whatcha got there?”

“Something,” she smiled, blushing, “for you and me.”

I smiled so strongly when I saw the items in her hand.

“Are those?” I said in a whisper. I felt ridiculous now.

“Yup. They are.” She handed me the one in her left hand. It was a normal blade handle of silver with black on the handle. It was my first lightsaber. I stepped back from Syl and looked at the hilt with amazement.

“It’s so amazing!”

I turned it on, a greenish blue color coming out of the hilt to full length. It was a true Jedi lightsaber.

“Cyan.” She said. “Very cool color.”

“Can I have this one?”

“Yeah, I’ll have this….” She stopped, looking back towards Theed. She had a look upon her face as if she had been expecting something. She smiled awkwardly. Something I had never seen before came to her eyes.

I was about to ask her what was on her mind when she looked back at me for no more than a second. She looked back at Theed.

I felt it too. A disturbance like none other. A power that was sweetly painful. The dark side. We looked at each other and smiled. Our chance to prove ourselves. Our chance to be taken from Naboo to a Jedi Temple somewhere in the galaxy and be trained by wisdom and strength.

We ran out of the forest with great speed, both of us gripping our sabers tightly in one hand. I had never used one of these before but I wanted to prove myself. I was lucky too. Coincidence could be on my side, or luck, but Sith just didn’t show up when you find a lightsaber.

We stopped when we reached the fields again though. Star Destroyers…huge, silver ships that covered portions of the field to Theed while extremely close to the ground. I stopped, as did Syl.

From the bottom of the Destroyer, lines of metal wire fell from the ship. Thousands of wires, hitting the floor. Stormtroopers slid down the lines, blaster rifles all in their hands.

That was the first day I killed someone before. We were instantly surrounded by them. I looked at Syl, who was staring at them with anger. Her eyes were bright. I looked at them to with worry. She turned on her blade first, me following. It looked like she had been practicing in the past two days.

“We’re going to have to fight our way out, Aaron.” Her tone was so strict. I had never heard her so serious before. It was as if she had anticipated this attack.

“Kill them?” I whimpered. I hated the thought of it.

“Kill them all,” she whispered.

This was a side of her I had never seen before. This wasn’t my Sylvana had grown up with for the past ten years. This was a darker one, a vengeful one, a deadly one. I feared her, though I loved her. I looked back at my blade. I had picked up the Jedi blade, while she had been given a red Sith lightsaber. Was their darkness in the blade, or was it something I just had never known about Syl.

“Don’t let the dark side plague your mind, Syl,” I whispered to her.

“Don’t let the dark side kill you, Aaron,” she whispered back, “We’re gonna make it through this.”

The first stormtrooper walked towards us with authority. “Drop the lightsabers, kids. Come with us.”

That’s when I noticed her power. She had been much stronger than me. Her left hand clinched into a fist, a tight squeeze that caused the vain in her wrist to pop out. She swung her fist towards the stormtrooper, the body thrown backwards towards the other sentinels. Her speed towards them amazed both me and the troops. She dove at the group, swinging viciously at their bodies.

Many of her attacks connected with them, screams coming from the soldiers as she decapitated a near by soldier and then stabbed another.

I didn’t have to move. The fear of what was going on was killing me. What was she doing? This wasn’t the Jedi way. This wasn’t we had studied for months together. This was wrong!

I ran for her, turning off my lightsaber. I had to get her out of here. We needed to run and hide. We could hide in the cave we found. They would never find us. We were faster. We were smarter. We needed to survive.

She looked back at me and frowned, yelling back at me to turn my lightsaber back on before they started shooting. That’s when I noticed the red in her eyes. I froze, my head circling with pain. I fell onto my knees in the tall grass, my head circling. Something blunt had hit me, I could tell. The swelling in my head was causing me to see nine of Syl, all of which being stricken, punched, and beaten with blaster rifles.

“Syl…” I said without my voice. My head finally hitting the ground.

“Airy…” her voice whispered back to me.

That was the last time I ever saw Syl. That was fourteen years ago, before Emperor Vincere struck down the late Emperor. Before I knew fully about the great “Trinity of Tyranny” that had been on a conquest around the galaxy to control all. Before I had become a Jedi and taken vows to be loyal to the Republic.

That was the last time I saw Sylvana Valentine.

467 ABY – Present Date

“Master Aaron, the ship is ready for flight,” my microchip bead that was placed deep in my ear whispered to me. “Should I prepare the hyperspace coordinates for Taris then?”

“Go ahead, TC. Tell R7 to make sure the A-Wing doesn’t have any trackers on it.”

“I most certainly will, Master Aaron. Would you like me to do anything else?”

“Just the task at hand, TC.”

I looked around the corner slightly, my white hair falling down around my chin. I couldn’t see much with my hair in the way. I pulled back and put it behind my ears once more before looking slightly again. I could see three Yuuzhan Vong invaders standing with battle-axes the size of their bodies. They were talking amongst themselves. Their tongue was simple to understand because of how closely they were related to Basic, though every now and again, I came across a word I didn’t know.

Just beyond the corridor was my exit.

I looked across from where I was standing, smiled, and lifted my hand up, picking up a single rock about the size of my body. I dropped it once it was six feet in the air, causing a stir in the ground and in the guards. I stepped back, jumped up, and made my move. As they came running down the corridor, I made my way up to my ship. I moved as quickly as I could, hoping to be long gone by the time they figured out they had been had by a Jedi.

I made it to my ship already warmed and prepped. Inside the cockpit was my protocol droid, TC-33. Inside a small manmade hole was my astromech droid, R-9-K1. Both droids had been with me for a long time, TC being with my family for the past three generations. I had bought R-9 off a Jawa sandcrawler on Tatooine nine years ago.

R-9’s welcoming binary beeps made me smile. “You too, R-9. We ready to fly?”

A few more beeps and clicks gave me my confirmation. I opened the cockpit and climbed into my seat in front of TC. I smiled at him, pushing my red and silver robes down on the seat.

“Hello, TC,” I said as I maneuvered levers, flipped switches, and pressed buttons. “How was it here?”

“Don’t ever leave me with those things again, Master Aaron. They were close to destroying the ship, had R-9 not frightened them away with echoes of a Rancor.”

I laughed, “Very resourceful, I must admit.” I smiled as the A-Wing started to lift into the sky and then into space, pulling away from my previous landing. “I’ll keep that in mind, okay, TC?”

“Yes, Master Aaron.” He slightly turned, the gears in his body making a quiet noise “Oh, yes. Did you find what you were looking for, Master Aaron?”

My smile faded, shaking my head. “No, TC. I didn’t.”

“What was it, Master, if you don’t mind me asking. You don’t have to tell me, at all if you –”

“It’s okay, TC.” I said, looking down at the final switches to go into hyperspace. “I was looking for documents. It seems the Empire was already here though. All documents were destroyed, and the ones I did find where old coordinate of planets long ago. Nothing helpful, really.”

“Were you looking for her again, Master?”

“Yes, TC.” I hated it when he brought her up. It made my mood sour. I would rather be looking for documents of her location than for her by herself. The Empire moved quickly and it was a futile attempt to just look for her.

“Do you think she’s still alive?” TC asked curiously. I could tell he wasn’t trying to hurt my feelings.

“I haven’t felt her in fourteen years. I don’t know how her presence feels anymore or I would search the galaxy on pure feeling. I don’t know though. There are too many Sith now to know how many Jedi are left. Jedi are turning faster and faster to avoid death.”

“What are we going to do in Taris?”

“Master Mallendou B’rr is teaching the Padawans and Younglings right now with Master Uta Von on Taris. I think we can expect that they’ll be there for the next few days or so.”

“All the Padawan?”

“Yes, Yavin IV is still in ruins after the attack from the Sith and the High Council doesn’t want them on Coruscant until they’re ready to be given a Master, or be knighted.”

“Who will decide that, Master Aaron?”

“The Council decides.” I stopped and thought about what they could bring me closer to. “I think seeing Master Mallendoue and Master Uta will bring us closer to an answer.”

“Guidance would definitely help right now.”

I smiled. “I agree, TC, I agree.” R-9’s confirmation beeps and clicks gave me the sign to go. I clicked the final button and moved the lever down into position. In a blur, my ship shot into hyperspace towards Tares and the Jedi Academy.

Grotesque Dominæ ~ Emperor Vincere's Personal Star Shuttle

The power of the force coursed through my fingertips as a storm of electricity surged through the bodies of three young Jedi. Their deaths were inevitable. No Jedi could slay me, Emperor Vincere. I smiled, my red and black skin showing my blacked sharp teeth and the horns on top of my head feeling sharper than ever. I waited until there was smoke rising from the body, all of them blacked. I lowered my hand, the electricity evaporating with the air.

“General Fravlous,” I whispered to myself, “there are bodies in my quarters. Dispose of them.”

“Yes, milord.” He was nowhere near me, but I could hear him as clear as day.

“Are the Bounty Hunters here?” I whispered.

“Not yet, milord.”

“Lackadaisical fools.”

I walked over to the bodies and kicked them with my boot. No movement. I lifted my hand above one of the bodies, my saber floating gently up below my hand. The blade turned on; a red fizzle that made me feel at peace with the world. I circled my hand quickly, the blade doing all the work for me. One after another, the blade decapitated each of the Jedi. I then closed my palm, the blade turning off, and all four lightsabers in the room rising into my sight.

“Three new prizes.”

I turned and walked towards the window of my ship to look out at the galaxy I was going to conquer, the four lightsabers circling my body gently in the air. I smiled gently. We were making excellent time.

I could see Abregado and its moons. The Federation had done a wonderful job of blockading the planet and I could see starships from the Yuuzhan Vong. It would pain me to have them live when this was over. I wanted complete power.

My move would be towards Coruscant when the numbers were ready. No one could protect the Jedi Order now. No one could stop the Republic from falling.

I laughed as I turned around. My Sith were currently on Kinyen, dealing with Jedi. Hopefully, they would bring me back new prizes for my collection. I walked away from the corridor to go to my quarters.

467 ABY - Present Day

My life started properly at the age of seven, when my mother started to fear for my life. I lived on Tatooine, a planet in the outer ring conquered by villainy. There, having a middle name that means ‘Jedi’ is a crime amongst criminals. It was when my mother realized this that I was torn from her. The only thing I could cling to was an empty promise.

I was sent to Taris for Jedi training after the Councilmen accepted me. I was to take my first steps toward being a Padawan, and eventually, a Jedi knight. There began a time of bullying, the loud noises of the city, tear-stained pillows and inconveniently, rivals. In a desperate attempt to hide my identity, I carried everyone in a fantasy. That fantasy was that I was born on Coruscant, that my father and grandfather were Jedi and that I only knew one language- Galactic Basic. In truth, I was born on Tatooine, I never knew my father or grandfather, and so I had no idea on whether or not they were of Jedi descent. Finally, I spoke not one language, but two.

They figured out my true past when they heard me curse in Huttese under my breath. They also noticed that before I got my uniform, I was wearing peasant’s clothing. Everyone in the capital wore some kind of dignified garb, yet I was dressed like a slave to a pod racer.

But the dead give-away was how I always shivered, even in the warmest weather the planet Taris had to offer. Taris only had one sun.

“Where are you from, kid?” An older initiate asked.

I stumbled on my answer partly because I was shivering so much, and partly because I didn’t want my secret to be revealed.

“C-C-Coruscant,” I replied, my guilty eyes gliding towards the floor.

The older initiate glared as he picked me up by my new lightsaber, despite my protests. He read the carving of my missing brother’s name, and laughed darkly.

“Let me go!” I hollered, flailing my arms like a child.

“Just as I thought,” The nameless brute said as he tore the lightsaber off of my belt. “The inscription on your hilt is in the language of the Hutts. You’re from Tatooine.”

“Give it!” I shouted, diving for my weapon.

The brute passed it to another nameless bully, and I was in the middle of their little game of catch. It soon became a game of keep-away, and all of the other younglings laughed. I was the youngest of the initiates by two years, and that fact put me in a complete disadvantage. Not only a disadvantage in the game of keep-away, but the fact that all of the younglings were going to test for apprenticeship under a full-fledged Jedi. The nine-year-olds had been initiates for years, when I’d just started. All of the odds were against me.

Soon, we lined up to train the force sense with Master Mallendou B’rr, and the nine-year-olds pushed my lightsaber into my chest. I was last to put on the helmet, as always. I noticed that the little robotic ball moved faster and faster with each recipient. Not one person punctured, or even grazed, the robot.

My tormenter was up second to last; he was the one directly in front of me. I studied his movement carefully. It looked like he was just swinging his lightsaber wildly in a hope that he would hit the robot, without using The Force at all. He was tiring himself out senselessly, and Master Mallendou noticed this as well.

Master Mallendou took the helmet off of the brute, and ordered him to sheath his lightsaber, however, my tormenter didn’t obey.

“But why?” Saku demanded. “I need to prove that I can do it, and I need to crush this robot before that brat does!”

I bit my lip. I knew that Saku was referring to me.

Saku sheathed his weapon, and purposely banged his shoulder into mine as he walked away to the surrounding gang of nine-year-olds.

I nodded, signaling that I was ready as Master Mallendou slipped the helmet on my head. I could hear the robot moving faster and faster as I closed my eyes. I needed to ‘feel’ The Force, as I was told, but I barely knew how to do even that.

I didn’t move, and that only made me colder. I tried to think back to my home planet, but that only made me remember what happened when I was taken away.

“Are we really going on that?” I asked my mother as we approached the spaceship.

My mother dropped down to my height and started to button my jacket. Her hands were trembling and tears were streaming down her cheeks. I didn’t know why she was crying; perhaps she was sad that she was leaving her home planet with me.

“It’s okay, Mom,” I said, placing my hand gingerly on hers. “I can do it all by myself.”

I buttoned the jacket, and smiled, trying to make her happy again. She said herself that a smile can make anyone feel better.

“See? I did it.”

That only made her sob as she held me close to her.

“Momo,” She told me. “I’m not going with you.”

“N-No,” I said, horrified. “You can’t mean that,”

The men behind us were yelling at my mother to hurry up, and called her a ‘whore’. I didn’t know what a ‘whore’ was, but I hoped it wasn’t something bad. My mother picked me up and kissed me on the cheek as a man in Republican clothing came up behind us.

“I will see you again,” she whispered. “I promise.”

“Okay.”

She handed me over to the Republican man, and he swung me over his shoulder. But once I realized what I really said ‘okay’ to, I took those words back , but it was too late.

“No! Not okay! Not okay!” I pounded my fists on the Republican man, kicking, screaming and crying.

It wasn’t until the man slapped me across the face that I stopped blubbering. I was in a race between breathing and speaking until the sting erupted on my left cheek.

“Stop crying!” he shouted.

I could tell that he felt guilty after the ship took off because he offered me food. But I didn’t take my eyes off of Tatooine, my home.

The emotion that I felt was so extreme that I felt an unknown sensation in my body. It was running through my veins like lightning and told me exactly where the robotic pod was.

I thrusted my lightsaber into the pod, destroying it completely.

No one spoke, not even Saku. I sheathed my lightsaber, still shaking. My eyes were tearing from the remnants of the fear that I felt. I knew what the new sensation was- The Force.

I watched the young ones swing at the droids in front of them. They were fast, but for the most part, they were faster. Master Uta Von was working with the Jedi Padawan’s at the moment. A lot of this younglings had potential to harness. I was especially happy for Momo, who had clearly grown in a hard position throughout his life. Tatooine was a hard place to grow up, but had given birth to the prophecy a long time ago.

“Very good, young ones,” I said aloud. “Let’s move on to the next exercise. Let’s try using horizontal swings against the droid instead of vertical swings. A different tactic and much hard to control at times. You are all spaced out appropriately, so do not fear hurting another. You are all safe and I am watching. Now, continue.”

I stood in middle of the fast blowing sand, the wind blowing it in every direction. My skin, unaffected due to the thick crème colored wrap that was around my entire body, except my eyes. The safety glasses protected my eyes. Sweat, all over as the intense heat beat down on me. I didn’t care though, I was 18, and I was in love.

“Meet me at the Floating Rock Garden.” He had said, with that sexy grin of his, “I have a surprise for you.”

Suddenly arms wrapped around my waist and his head went on my shoulders, “Did I ever tell you how beautiful you look in that wraparound.” I smiled, and turned around as he embraced me in those strong hugs of his. He slowly let me go, a big happy grin on his face.

“Can you climb that hill?” he asked, “I can help you if you need.”

I gave him a playful look, “Does it look like I need help?” He laughed, and went towards the floating boulders. I turned the opposite direction and began to climb the steep hill, until I came to the top. It was no longer a slope but came straight down, so I pulled myself onto the small area at the top, and sat down, my legs dangling. The sand wasn’t as thick up there, and the view of the Rock Garden was magnificent.

“Honey!” I heard him yell, his voice heavy, “Look over here.”

I quickly looked over, and my eyes filled with tears of joy as I saw the momentarily immobile rocks, floating in a pattern that created two words: Marry Me.

“Mother!” My daughter, Ozean yelled, and my eyes shot open. I smiled, her face just like mine had been 20 years earlier. I frowned, feeling my own face, how it had worn. What would he think of his old widow now?

“We’re pretty close to where we’re suppose to meet the Emperor.” She said with a look of fear on her face, “We’re late all ready.”

I could hear footsteps down the hall, and my son with his beautiful blue skin, the same as his father’s, came in with that grin on his face. My son Meer, the spitting image of his father.

“Like it’s our fault anyway.” He said, “The git made us come from so far away just to do his bidding. We had a job ready for us back there.”

“Meer. Shut up.” I said sternly, playfully hitting his shoulder. “I’m all the better for his training, it’s the least we can do.”

“Maybe so.” He muttered, “And lookie there.” He said pointing out the front of the ship. Not far away were a mass of Empire ships, one of them contained the Emperor.

“We’ve arrived.” I replied, “Let’s get ready.”

I quickly walked to the back of the ship, and slung my satchel over my shoulder, and my gun belt on my waist. I tied my boots up as tightly as possible, and placed my guns in their place.

“Did you clean them?” I asked, looking at Ozean as she put her belt on.

“You bet.” She smiled, “We’re all set.”

C’Tzr and the old man walked in silence through the herb garden. A sand storm raged just beyond the protective glass.
“Do you feel it?” asked the old man.
“My knuckles itch.” Said C’Tzr flatly
C’Tzr shrugged. “They always itched right before a fight in the pits. It’s like an ant trying to eat its way out. Ya get used to it.”
“What does that tell you?”
“Hrum …” said C’Tzr flexing his only hand.
The old man stopped and locked eyes with the Sith Knight. “The force speaks to every one of us differently. To me it is the scents of my herb garden. The strong pungent perfume of the nellit bulb always means bloodshed. Enemies always fill tongue with the tang of current root. But that’s just me, I grew up around herbs. You, my boy –“
“I am a Sith Knight!” said C’Tzr with a snarl.
“And compared to me you are but a boy. What? Will you take your chance now? Do you really think you can take me? Go ahead C’Tzr, if you have the nerve.”
“No.”
“Why?”
“Because you want me to. There may come a time when it happens, unless you release me from this hate as you promised.”
“That’s not what I said my boy. I promised to set you free, your hate will be with you forever. It is a fool that, for the sake of worthless philosophy, refuses to use a tool. Have you ever been to a moisture farm? Their collectors willingly accept every drop of water whether it came from the excrement of a blarg slug or the finest wine carelessly spilt. Be like the moisture farmer and take every drop of hate no matter where it comes from. Collect it, harness it, and condense it until all those tiny, infinitesimal drops become a great river.”

It was midnight when I felt it.

It was a slight ripple, that was all. A strange disturbance that I couldn't place. But it carried a sense of urgency, faint as it was.

I was sitting by a pool on the planet of Haruun Kal in the Al'Har system. This was the homeland of the fabled Master Mace Windu, who was killed by Darth Tyranus so long ago. My eyes were closed, but my mind was open, lost in a sea of thoughts; meditating. I opened my eyes. My master was asleep a few feet from where I sat, his snoring breaths pushing up his scraggly beard. Suddenly he stirred.

"Did you feel that, Kratos?" he said, pushing himself up from his makeshift bed.

"Yes, master," I answered as politely as I could muster. I wasn't used to following orders, especially from this Jedi. My old master was killed in battle four months ago, and Jedi Master Tias Cu'Thelon took me in, so to speak. I was ready to become a knight, but Master Tias said I had at least two more years to go. He truly was incompetent.

"What do you make of it?"

I sighed. "I don't know. It felt like a cry for help. From who, I don't know."

Tias rubbed his chin. "Well, it can't be from anyone near here, or else we would've felt it much more strongly. It must be from far away."

I'd have to be an idiot not to figure that out. How'd this guy become a Jedi Master anyway?

"The Council?" I suggested.

"It's possible," admitted Tias, "but they normally send beacons or messages, not ripples in the force."

I picked up our supplies. "Maybe...they were intercepted?"

"I doubt it...but...it can't hurt to be safe, you know. Always trust your feelings."

I closed my eyes and attempted to send a message back to the council.

We hear you. We are coming

The old man looked around his herb garden and sighed. “They’re calling for you.”
C’Tzr was silent for a moment. “He stares at me in my dreams.”
“Yes, he would. What have you heard the jedi say about the force?”
“Does it matter? They die easy enough.”
The old man turned, his jaundiced eyes wide in fury. “Does it matter? Does it matter! What have I been teaching you these past months? Remember the lesson of the weed, the lesson of the moisture farm. Nothing can be wasted – ever. Even if it is just the prattling of a jedi. Now what do they say of the force?”
C’Tzr straightened his back and pulled back his shoulders. A groan bellowed from deep in his throat. “They say it unties and penetrates everything.”
The old man nodded. “And what unites all things?”
C’Tzr smiled. The quelth fangs grafted into his jaw dripped with venom. “Fear and hate.”
“When the battles come, focus on your hate. Pick an image, a memory and make it so real the world around you fades. I will find your mind and add my own hate to yours. We will be united and the harvest will be great.”
“No.”
The old man giggled dryly. “You would defy me now.”
“I want my own pure hate. Not the random images forced into my mind by a cursed Hutt! Not the bitter grudges of an old man. My hate, my pure focused desire!”
Six clay pots exploded.
The old man kept giggling. “Oh I’m afraid it’s far too late for that. Have you ever stopped to consider exactly what those, worms as you call them, really are?”
C’Tzr ran his hand over the cranial implants that bulged from beneath his misshapen skull. “They make me feel the pit bosses’ hate.
“You really are like a banta sometimes. Big, strong, and dense as anything. They’re droids. Very basic constructs, but droids nevertheless. They have been scripting your hate. In the pit fights, they drew inspiration from the crowds. Since your training began they …”
“Got their ideas from … you.”
The old man nodded. “My hate is like a raging flood. It will keep filling your mind more and more. You only have two choices, master it or drown. No matter where you are my hate will still spill into your being. Control it and you may well find your own pure hate. Fail … and there will be nothing left inside that shaven skull but me. Now go, he is waiting.”

The salty air kissed my cheeks as my body waded across the stream of water. The solemn sight of the sun vaporized my strength slowly, but she kept struggling. I wasn't far from my destination. It was a few more yards, as far as I know. I jumped to feel the glory of success and someone held my hands as I did so. Morchein.
"Well hello sweet. Isn't your spa over yet?"
He cynically asked as he helped me up, and I eyed him furiously.
"Of course not. I've been swimming at 50 km/h for sightseeing."
Morchein laughed, and kissed her on the cheek.
"To that, I'll say you're improving. Though you should work on running, not swimming."
"Alright, alright. Let me be myself once in a while."
I then let go of the moment, walking away abruptly. Morchein knew me well enough to not to stop me, but understand that I had to go relieve my brain muscles once in a while. I happily wore my exquisite dress and minutes later, walked out.
"Where are you going?"
Cremifa, my housemaid asked.
"The usual."
My answer had no raw meaning - only a symbolic phrase which meant that I was doing something unexplainable.

Almost every people had some kind of legend about the place. His people were monsters, feeding on the memories of others in a most gruesome fashion. It made him sick.

A few days ago, Adam had stolen away from his family to this spaceport. He was leaving this place. He was going to escape the legacy his people had laid down before him. He had heard some of the traders talk of a world called Taris. Adam had managed to convince a group of traders to take him to this place. Had they known he was Anzat, they would never have done this. It was fortunate that only a skilled eye could tell Anzati from Baseline Humans.

Adam couldn't remember how long he had been stowed away in the hull of the trader ship, could've been days or months. The ship took the Perlemian Trade Route all the way until it crossed with the Hydian Way. From there the ship made its way to Taris.

The Jedi had been reluctant to take him on at first. They knew what he was and his people's tendency for the Dark Side of the force. Adam, however, was devout in his insistence. It was ultimately his ability to manipulate the force to the degree that he could that led the Jedi to accept him. He had passed almost every test with above average marks.

It had been a difficult time for Adam at first. The other children, fully aware of what he was, taunted him with insults like "snot vampire". It only lasted until a group of the more experienced initiates decided they would take matters into their own hands.

Adam had spent the week following under the constant watch of a stern Jedi Master Mallendou B'rr. He had put three of the initiates through a wall and forced the fourth to hold himself under the water of the Temple Fountains almost until he had drowned.

Time passed, and still no master would take Adam on. He had marred his reputation by injuring the four students, marred it more by being what he was. Even though he often performed better that others that were chosen, he was constantly told he wasn't ready.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Adam watched silently as the other younglings left the training area. The masters had decided it would be best for him and for the other initiates if he trained separately. It wasn't because he was better than them, though he liked the think he was. The Anzati were highly sensitive to the force. When in the presence of those who could wield it, anzati sometimes had trouble controlling the urge to feed. The private sessions were designed to teach him to control that urge.

"Hey! No! I need that," came a cry from the group of initiates that had just left. Laughter followed. It was laughter that Adam had heard often in his first days here, the cruel laughter of jealous children.

In the middle of the group, a pair of older children were holding a lightsaber above the head of a younger initiate. The initiate was jumping up trying to reach, laughter erupting from the others every time he did and failed to reach.

Adam recognized one of the bullies as a long-time initiate named Saku. The thought of the boy left a bad taste in Adam's mouth. He was boastful, yet weak. It was the worst combination.

"Come on little hutt-slave! Why don't you use the Force and take it from me?" laughed the second child.

Adam put his open hand in front of him and closed his eyes. He may have had a little more experience using the force than other initiates, but he still had to concentrate to take hold of it. He could feel the force around him, feel it call out to him just as he called out to it. It flowed around him and then through him. When he opened his eyes the saber was floating gently down from the hand of the bully and into the outstretched hand of the young initiate. Simultaneously, the other boy was floating up and back. He was beginning to let out frantic cries, telling the bewildered looking younger initiate to put him down. Adam smiled a little as the initiate glanced over at him. After releasing the bully who crashed to the ground with a resounding thud, Adam turned and walked into the training room where a stern-faced Master Mallendou waited, tapping a foot. He had felt, and maybe even seen what Adam had.

Adam bowed his head, a slight smirk touching the edges of his lips. "Good morning Master Mallendou."

Momo was stunned. He had never seen such control of the force with an initiate before. He held his light saber close to his chest as he thought of who the strange yet kind youngling must have been. Momo wanted desperately to know his name, but his curiosity was overpowered by his shyness. Also, it looked as though the kind, older initiate was in trouble with Master Mallendou. That scared him, but he wanted, with the initiate's permission, to become friends with him- or at least learn his name.

Saku and all of the other younglings were speechless, as they all watched him helplessly get scolded by Master Mallendou.

Momo rushed over to Master Mallendou and the kind new stranger, and started to back him up.

"Master, with all due respect, he was only helping me. Please don't punish him."

Momo had a mousy voice, but it was clear enough for Master Mallendou to hear. He clutched his light saber close to his pounding heart, waiting for the master's reaction.

Hyperspace always seemed to put me in a very awkward mood. I never knew if I was going to hit something unexpected or anything and really didn’t understand the premises of how it all worked, I just knew it did. I looked back at TC, who was examining the walls around him. He always was a card. Made me smile every time I looked at him.

“Hey, TC, I have a question.”

His expression straightened amazingly, lifting his robotic shoulders up and straightening his head. “Yes, Master Aaron?”

“Tell me about S..” I stopped. Sometimes, I wanted to know more about my long missing friend, best friend….sister… However, TC sometimes was a little bit too knowledgeable. He remembered everything about her that he had known. Other than Syl, TC was my only friend, so he knew every secret I had. My dad had given my TC when I was three because of his occupation. He hadn’t the time to watch over me that well and my mother had died giving birth to me, the same as Syl’s had. She had grown up very close to me. She practically grew up in my house, because she didn’t have a father.

“Master?”

“About…the Federation,” I gave up. I did need to know more about my enemies, so it wasn’t bothering me much. I guess I would think about Syl later.

“The Federation is more of a congregation of different leaders that run the NOCIS, or the New Order of Confederacy of Independent Systems. The current leader is a Neimoidian, though past leaders have been different races, such as Mandalorians, who are usually much more vicious. Leadership usually shifts when power shifts, though all of the leaders decide where the blockades go and which star systems to attack. It’s a democracy of oppression.”

“What about the Yuuzhan Vong invaders?”

“Very disgusting demons, I must say, Master. They resemble Humans in form, though they are taller and heavier than the average Human and has less hair on their heads. They are religious zealots who view mechanical technology to be blasphemy. Their technological innovations were genetically engineered and purely organic. Additionally, they deeply respect pain to the point of masochism, and strive to improive their physical capabilities through organ grafting, which are status symbols in their society.”

“Interesting,” I whispered. It was definitely true though. The two I encountered back there were grafted very demonically.

“Perhaps most notably, the Yuuzhan Vong are unable to be sensed or directly affected through the Force. This confounded the Jedi when they first encountered the Yuuzhan Vong several centuries ago because prior to their emergence, all life forms where thought to have a Force energy signature in one way or another.”
“That’s what I had heard from Master,” I replied. It was a frightening thing, that such a strong demon of the galaxy was invulnerable to something the Jedi trained so many hours over.”

“Anything else, Master Aaron?”

“Not right now, TC. We have a while before we make it to Taris. Master Uta Von are working with the Padawans and Master Mallendou B’rr are working with the Younglings. I figure we can scout out some of the new Jedi. It might be time to take a few of them to the Council on Coruscant.”

“Wise decision, Master.”

“Thanks, TC.” I smiled.

“She would be proud of you,” he said gently. He knew me well. He knew I was thinking about her still, like I had been for the past fourteen years.

“Thanks, TC.” I said a little bit less enthusiastically than I had the time before.

Adam and Momo where definitely surprising me with their powers, Adam a lot. He didn’t seem like he should be a youngling, though I could sense the commonness of his thoughts that would have put him here. Fear, maybe. He seemed as if he was afraid of doing something wrong. Momo was afraid of being noticed. Fear, such a common trait in younglings.

I sighed.

“Adam; Momo, let’s go to my study. We’ll have a talk.” I told them both.

I looked back at the bullied children. It wasn’t in my nature to be angry, though I had seen many terrible things in war, and bullying children seemed to sicken me more than that. I raised my hand, the bodies of the children turning upside down slowly in the air. The bullies screamed, unsure of what to expect or how to react.

“Young ones, you know better. Jedi do not treat fellow Jedi with disrespect.”

One of the smart-alecky ones opened his mouth a little bit too quickly. “What are you doing then?”

I walked close to him, and looked him in the eyes. I didn’t fear children, nor anything in the galaxy.

“From the looks of it, you are no Jedi. You will refer to me as Master. You will find your place and stay in it.”

The child was crying now. I set them all down, many of them lining up properly like I had expected them to do. The bully that had been being mean to Momo was still on the ground, crying.

I bent down and looked at him with a deep eye. “Line.”

He stood, moved and remained quiet.

“Stay.”

“Yes, Master,” they all replied.

I turned around and moved towards Adam and Momo. “Come, young ones.”

Momo followed Master Mallendou and Adam to the Master's study. He didn't really know how to react toward Master Mallendou's help. He was grateful for it, eternally grateful. Though the image of the once proud Saku being reduced to a crying child made Momo feel a little twinge of guilt. He bit his lip as he walked, trying to block that memory out of his mind.

He remembered one of the most important of all lessons of the Jedi- "Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering."

Momo contemplated on those ancient words as they walked. Whenever he thought about fear, he thought about someone who was weak. But the dark side was getting stronger and stronger with each passing day. The Jedi, Momo knew, were going to need all the help they could get.

Momo stopped when Master Mallendou opened the doors.

Meer huffed, giving me a dirty look.

“You better come back okay.” He said, misery in his voice.

“You know, you’d be able to come if your attitude wasn’t so bad.” I answered back, walking out the ship, and onto the dock. I walked until I came up to a cloaked man, he motioned for us to follow him.
Ozean and I waved back at the sour faced Meer, a chuckle escaping my lips. Silly men.

Ozean followed close behind, our feet clanking in unison on the sleek, metal floors of the ship. We followed the guide who stopped in front of a door, entering a number into the security pad. The door slid open, and a meeting room showed itself. It was a small room, with a long metal table and 10 chairs surrounding it.

We sat across from each other on the farthest side of the table, looking at each other awkwardly.

“I bet Meer is a mess.” She said with a faint laugh, “He’s such a worrier.” I smiled back, taking my knife out. I took out a coin from my satchel, and began to maneuver it around my fingers, strengthening my fingers. I smiled, looking over at Ozean. She was doing the same thing.

Suddenly the door opened, and the Emperor entered.

A sight of a mother and daughter sent anger through my mind. The Force surged with death. I stopped in front of the potential “Jedi Slayer” and her “daughter.” I could tell by the closeness in the Force signature of the two that they were related. The “Jedi Slayer” blinked twice at the site of me, hiding her fear from everyone but myself. However, the child had not been expecting me. I smiled, my blackish yellow teeth grinning at the fearsome child.

“My, my,” I said with a sly voice. Walking towards the twenty year old with one hand behind my back and a long pointer finger curling at the child to come closer, her body being constricted by invisible vines to pull her closer to me in the air. The compression may have been a little bit too strong for the girl, because her body started shaking dramatically. I didn’t care in any which case, as she got slower to my face, I smiled again, her body shifting away as much as possible to escape me. “What’s your-”

“Drop her.”

A blaster was pointed at me. I smiled looking at the girl, gently putting her down. I looked up barely at the girl, her blaster in her hand completely imploding upon itself. I then swiftly stood fully, walking up to her, her body lifting in the air, her arms gripped around her throat.

“Don’t you dare!” I started, completely calm, but with extreme power, “Point…a…useless gun…at me again.”

I was expecting her daughter’s moves, but I wasn’t expecting her speed. Her daughter swung with a rod that she had on her side, dodging it with ease, to find that the “Jedi Slayer” had been released, swinging as well.

I dodged it as well, jumping backwards behind her daughter and drawing my lightsaber. I smiled, knowing this battle wouldn’t call for it. I placed it back and stood to full height. They both stood there, looking at me, aware of their surroundings.

I smiled. “How many Jedi have you slain?”

I concealed a smile, my heart racing as I watched my daughter stand before him, not showing the fear she more then likely had streaming through her. She was definitely of the same blood, my own daughter.

“Three.” She said, not taking her gaze from him. She had only been allowed to hunt the Jedi with me for the past few years, as I felt her training needed to be at it’s peak. This situation, and the way she was withstanding it proved more then anything that she was ready.

I walked closer to her, closing the gap between us, and looked up at the Emperor, making sure not to meet his eyes. I knew my place.

“Master. You sent for us.” I stated, “What is it that you needed of us?”

“Good.” I said, knowing her thoughts, knowing her fears, knowing her every movement. The fear was strong. She will be angry.

“I need you to hunt down a Jedi for me. He’s on one of the moons of Endor. He’s old, I don’t recall his name. He’ll be expecting you, obviously once you are there. You may have anything he possesses.” I stopped, smiling wide, “If you win. The Empire will pay you handsomely.”

She nodded.

“All,” interrupted, “I require.”

She looked up, but avoided my eyes. Good girl.

“The lightsaber.”

I allowed the children to walk into my study. It was filled with rows of books from the floor to the ceiling, having one window directly behind my desk that sat in the middle of the room. I went to the back and saw, looking at the two standing children. I sensed many different thoughts, some stronger than others.

“Please, sit young ones. I would like to talk to you.”

They sat down and looked at me, both in unison, “Yes, Master?”

I smiled. Formalities.

I smiled. “I think we might be moving you both up to be a Padawan, more formally. I think that with some extra training by our fellow Masters will give you the strength to be outstanding Jedi. But first.” I smiled.

Do you both know the Code?

Momo raised his hand, and recited the three variations of the code.

"Emotion, yet peace.
Ignorance, yet knowledge.
Passion, yet serenity.
Chaos, yet harmony.
Death, yet the Force.

There is no emotion, there is peace.
There is no ignorance, there is knowledge.
There is no passion, there is serenity.
There is no chaos, there is harmony.
There is no death, there is the Force.

Jedi are the guardians of peace in the galaxy.
Jedi use their powers to defend and to protect.
Jedi respect all life, in any form.
Jedi serve others rather than ruling over them, for the good of the galaxy.
Jedi seek to improve themselves through knowledge and training."

Momo struggled to regain his breath, as he took great, heaving coughs of oxygen.

I smiled. So much smiling, and yet so much teaching left to be taught. I nodded.

"That is correct. I am very impressed." I winked, "However, those are all just variations of one greater rule. Do you know what that golden rule is?"

They were quiet. I could see hesitation in his eyes. He didn't want to answer incorrectly.

I merely smiled once more.

"That golden rule will be taught to you soon. I am going to contact Master B'rr and see if he will fit in two more for his Padawan training. You both are not ready for the trails, by any means, but I see a lot of growth. A lot of potential that can harnesed for good."

They both smiled.

"Now, off with you. The other children have been informed. You're dismissed."

They both stood and gave a half-bent bow. "Thank you, Master."

They both walked out together. My smile slid back down to it's normal possession. I closed my eyes and started to think about their paths. They were both still so far from ready, but they both needed the challenge. I opened my eyes and turned to the window. I gazed out as my mind soon surfed to a new thought. A Jedi Knight was under danger not too far from here.

I stood and walked to the window, looking into the sky.

As I neared Taris, I pulled out of hyperspace. The sudden jerk barely noticeable anymore for me. It was fascinating to see my old training planet that was only a glance away. The planet was still quiet small, but it would grow as I neared. I smiled, hoping I would be welcomed with open arms, like I had so many times before. I looked back at TC and laughed.

“You ready, TC?”

“Ready for what, Master?” His question came off with sarcasm. He knew me too well.

I turned the ship in sudden three-hundred and sixty degree spins, R-7 and TC both yelped loudly as I laughed. Space didn’t change. There were still clusters of stars scattered in random spots, and the planet that was centerfold on my sights stayed still, but I could feel the amazing pressure on the ship as I had done that. It made me a little nauseated, a feeling my companions would never know.

“Master, you know I don’t like that.” TC said immediately as I straightened the ship. “You’re going to destroy my circuitry board if you’re not careful.”

I smiled. “Don’t get your panties in a bunch. You know you two are my world. When have I ever let you done.” I looked back and gave TC a thumbs up and a cockeyed smile.

“Of course, Master.” I couldn’t help but feel sarcasm in his response.

R-7 beeped as I said that. I looked up towards his direction and thought quietly to myself. I then looked to the side of the ship quick, my eyes widened.

They had missed a spot in their check.

We were being tracked, and I had just dropped out of hyperspace.

“R-7,” I said quietly, looking back at my communication panel, “send this communication to Taris immediately. We have a problem."

Momo felt like jumping, screaming, running...anything as long as it burned out the energy that he was feeling. Then he thought back to Saku and the others. The last thing he would do was boast, but he just wanted to see the look on their faces when they found out- their mouths a perfect 'o'.

Momo walked beside Adam, who wasn't saying a word, though he knew that Adam wanted more than anything to do away with the same energy that he was feeling as well.

"Did you hear that, Adam?" Momo shouted. "We're Padawans!"

Adam smiled a little as he watched Momo nearly bursting at the seams with excitement. It was good to see him like this after all that the other children had put him through. Even Adam couldn't help but feel a little excited, and maybe a little afraid. After being here so long, the Master finally saw that he was ready to progress. Though he was silent, his head was filled with images of himself standing as the first Anzati Jedi Knight in a hundred years.

"Did you hear that, Adam?" Momo shouted. "We're Padawans!"

Adam ran a hand through his hair. "I guess we are huh? Just another step on the path."

Momo thought back to what Master Mallendou had said about the 'Golden Rule'. He thought that it might have had something to do with 'Treat others the way you would like to be treated', but he and Adam knew more than enough about that. Momo knew that Adam felt the same way he did about that particular rule in common courtesy- they were never going to turn out like Saku.

The thought of Saku made Momo think back to the way Adam handled The Force with such skill. Then his words.

"Hey, Adam," Momo said. "What do you mean by 'the path'?"

Xara Zur-Lin swung the light-saber in easy smooth movements, the kind that can only come from hours upon hours of intense training and discipline. She could feel the force in her blade, guiding her movements faster and faster. She was so immersed in her exercise that she didn’t notice Master Uta Von walk up behind her.

“The other Padawans are having their evening meal Xara. Maybe you should go join them.”

Xara froze in mid-movement, then shut off her light saber and turned her seductively beautiful black eyes towards her master. She bowed with respect before responding.

“Forgive me Master Uta, but I like to wait until most of the other Padawans have eaten before having my meal. I like to sit alone.”

The truth was, she despised her fellow Padawans. They were ill-mannered and lacked discipline. The way the boys and girls both fawned over her beauty and talents sickened her beyond words. Only her masters seemed to be able to have no reaction to the natural seductive powers of the Falleen. This was the only reason why she held some respect for them, despite their not being Falleen, and therefore inferior to her.

Every day she would do extra training during mealtimes, waiting for the tables to empty before having her own meal. A proud Falleen such as herself could not be seen mingling with such mediocre children. She knew Master Uta was aware of her feelings towards her fellows, but she never said them out loud because it would not be right with the Jedi way. This was probably the only reason why she had not yet been selected for training by a Jedi Knight. Despite her advanced skills with her light saber and her advanced power over the force, her pride would always get the better of her Jedi training.

Master Uta stared at her silently now, showing no sign of what he was thinking. His intense gaze made Xara feel uneasy. She held up her chin and stood tall as she waited for a response from her master. He stood silently for another moment before simply shaking his head.

“You would do well to get along with your fellow Padawans Xara.” He gave her a look before turning and walking away.

Xara stood there for a few more minutes, pondering her Master’s words. There was no point in her getting along with those idiots. They would only hold her back. She decided to follow his words anyways and went to the cafeteria to grab a quick bite. She grabbed her food and left before any of the other Padawan could ask her to sit with them.

She went outside and sat on the grass in the training field. Thousands of stars filled the dark sky of Taris and she closed her eyes, trying to use the force to find the star that was her home.
Her parents had been against her leaving home and training to be a Jedi. Most Falleen choose never to leave because of how indescribably inferior the universe is. She could definitely see why, after having met beings from many planets all over the galaxy. They were fools who knew nothing of pride and honor. However, Xara was the youngest child of the family. Her two older brothers were more than enough to take over the house once her parents were gone. There was no need for her and nothing for her to do but marry a high-ranking noble.

Although Xara was exceptionally beautiful to any human being that laid eyes on her, to the Falleen she was only acceptable. She would not be able to marry much higher than her current rank, and there was no pride or honor in that. So when the old Jedi came to her home when she was only eight years old, she accepted his offer to train. Her parents felt shamed by her decision to leave, but she assured them that she would become a mighty Jedi and bring honor and power to the family.

Honor and power. Xara took a bite of the sandwhich in her hand as the words echoed in her head.

I looked at the side of my ship and examined for the device that was beeping beyond the sounds of R-7. I could barely hear them. Silent little bugger. I sighed harshly, looking back at my controls. They would be fools not to believe that Taris was my destination. I could have stayed in hyperspace otherwise. I looked at the planet. There was a possibility that they might think I fell out of it, or maybe that I was going to use it as a fueling area, but the chances of them deciding not to sweep the planet for any Jedi. Eventually, they would find the Academy.

My communications circuit finally turned on and I started speaking.

“Attention, Master B’rr. This is Jedi Knight Leblanc. You need to evacuate all Jedi from the planet immediately. Yuuzhan Vong will be arriving soon. Head towards Coruscant. They refuse to go there right now, due to the numbers of the Republic. This is not a drill, and please make haste. I would assume you only have a few hours’ time by now. Please hurry.”

The transmission was successfully sent. I looked back to the side of the ship and sighed. I still couldn’t sense it there. I could only hear it. It was awkward to have to do that. I assumed this was the power of their immunity to the Force.

“TC, what are the chances they would have missed me falling out of hyperspace?”

“One-hundred million, two hundred and six thousand to one.”

“Sounds like back odds.”

“Extremely bad odds, Master.” TC sounded worried.

“Okay, let’s jump back in and head for another planet. It might buy us some time. We need to find a way to have that removed from the ship. Otherwise, they’ll follow us everywhere we go.”

I smiled.

“What will you do, Master?”

“We’re going to go to a planet the Federation has control over.”

TC looked extremely worried, but I smiled. I had a plan.

Momo contemplated on Adam's question. "Of course I want to be a great Jedi."

He then thought back to his past, and if he could free his mother from those men that shackled her. He thought back to what they did to her, and what they called her. When he thought about his mother, he always wondered if she was safe from harm, and if he could free her from the chains.

The word that she was called repeated in Momo's head for a while, and he could never figure out what it meant. But Adam was a bigger kid...he could know, right?

“Lord; he’s dropped out of hyperspace.”

I lifted my head, the wires pulling my eyelid up and the wire pulling sections of my checks apart, the tear in my skin sending a wave of euphoria through my body. I smiled, more tears at my skin pealing away, blood trickling down my lips, tasting sweeter than sugar.

“Where?”

“Taris System.”

“Landed?”

“No.”

I smiled. The Jedi will be mine. I knew what I was. A sadist, a masochist, a lover for pain, for blood, for death, and I wanted the Jedi. I always, under every circumstance, got the Jedi I wanted.

“Tell me when he lands. He’ll lead us to the next position.”

I was about to look back down into my slumber when my Warmaster spoke again.

“He’s back in Hyperspace.”

My eyes opened instantly. The wires breaking. I stood up and walked to the monitor, shoving him out of the way to see, demanding him to tell me where the Jedi was headed.

“It looks like he’s headed for Mygeeto with his present direction.”

Where was he going? What was he doing? Had he sensed something? Impossible!

“Should we investigate Taris?” The Warmaster spat.

“Yes. Immediately. Send the armada.”

I turned and walked back to my seat, infuriated.

“Follow him as well. I want him dead, no exceptions.”

I sat and thought, pulling my fingers up to my chin. My fingers couldn’t’ resist the urge to tear off a strip of skin that had been lingering around my upper cheek, under my eye, as I thought about the Jedi scum.

C’Tzr entered the small room alone. The air was greasy and thick. The cranial implant pulsed taking in the heady mix of hate, fear, anger, and lust that C’Tzr knew was a pure manifestation of the force. He turned toward the small doorway, the old man’s withered frame looking even more skeletal as light poured around it.
I could kill you so easily, the C’Tzr thought. His mastery of the force wasn’t as precise as the old man’s but he was much stronger. Visions of pushing and pulling on the old man’s body danced before the Sith’s eyes. His mouth grew wet at the thought of the fresh, glistening meat. He could almost hear the ripping of torn flesh.
The thoughts vanished as quickly as they came. And a pressure began to settle in between C’Tzr’s eyes. The old man dropped to a knee. C’Tzr turned wincing in pain to face the a small, grainy image projected into the air.
The figure glared, its presence forcing the Sith to one knee and then both.
“Yes master,” grunted C’Tzr.

His anger was strong. I could feel it pulsing in his veins. He had not been expecting me, I could plainly see. The power of the dark side that surrounds him has completely shrouded him to my entrance.

“Yes, Master,” the man grunted. I smiled.

“C' Tzr, I presume,” I said as I walked in. My black hood on my attire flowing off my skull, the spikes glistening from the dim-lit room.

“Yes, Master.”

“And this old man your master?”

He didn't answer, neither of them did. I smiled.

“Well, has he taught you all you need to know?”

He nodded, barely, unsure if he was complete in his training.

“Kill him.”

The shock of my words made both of them look at me. C' Tzr smiled, ready for anything. I smiled and waited.

We used to race each other to the Falls... We used to play tag in the fields... We used to play... He was closer to me than anyone ever had been before... I had no family... He was my family...

We both controlled the Force... I had better control of it by far... Maybe it was because I'm a woman, I don't know... He was progressing qiuckly... I was trying to teach him so that he could match my skill... He was doing better at moving small inanimate objects... I tried not to show him up too much. I tried to restrain myself from 'throwing' big objects, but sometimes, when he was getting too cocky I would do it, just so that he didn't get a big head...

At least, I t hink that's why I did it... I don't want to think I did it just to show him I was better than him...

But I digress. We did everything together... Well, almost everything. We studiedthe Jedi way like there was no tomorrow... But there was something... Something about the Jedi way that seemed slightly boring and bland... There just wasn't enough excitement, it seemed... Nevertheless, I studied hard and tutored him to learn the Jedi way and desperately tried to better myself...

I was helping him practice that day... He was doing pretty well, too... He was making a small rock hover lightly five feet from his hand.

"Look, I'm getting better." He grinned.

"Yeah, you are," I said smiling. "You're doing great Airy." He blushed. I was the only one who called him Airy. It was a joke he and I had made up a few years ago when we found out our powers. He had been running and jumped in the air off a high hill towards the slope, catching the wind he had thought to float in the air for a few moments before falling to the earth below. I thought he had been flying a kite more than being the kite. Ever since, I had been calling him Airy.

“Pretty soon, I’ll be able to do the same things you can!" He was so excited. He had most of the core powers down, while I had mastered some of the more difficult ones, the Universal ones. The ones that didn't differentiate the Dark Side powers and Light Side powers.

"You're already pretty good, Airy, don't feel bad." He seemed to lighten up at that.

"Thanks, Syl." He was the only one that called me that. I smiled and my smile seemed to make him smile. In his words, it was like a big circle of happiness that neither one of us could control.

"Aaron," I whispered leaning closer in so that no one but us could hear, even though there was no one around.

"Sylvana," He laughed.

“I want to show you something. Something I found in the forest two nights ago, when we were climbing the trees.” He had lost me for about an hour and during that time I had found something that I had been eager to show him. “I found a hole. An entrance to a cave.”

“Really?! What was in it? Anything cool? Any treasure?"

I laughed. “No silly, way better.”

I was anxious so I turned and sprinted off into the trees. My speed was better than his. When I was excited my speed would double, leaving him trailing behind.

I disappeared from his line of sight a couple times. I didn't mean to. It was the adrenaline. I ran and ran until finally, I lost him. I raced the the cave and brought out two beautiful lightsabers. One fit perfectly into my hand, the red one, whilst the other, Cyan, felt odd and unconfortable in my grip. I rushed back to Airy, finding him meditating, something he did often. I jumped in front of him.

"You found me." I held the lightsabers behind my back.

“I’m getting better, huh? Whatcha got there?” I smiled hugely, barely able to control myself.

"Something for you and me." I held out my hands.

"Are those...?" He whispered, his mouth falling open.

"Yup, they are." He took the Cyan one for which I was grateful. I didn't think I could wield that thing.

"It's so amazing!" He turned it on and the greenish blue color filled the area. The light relfected off of his huge eyes.

"Cyan," I explained. "Very cool color."

"Can I have this one?" He asked, not taking his eyes off of the blade.

"Yeah, I'll have this..." My eyes wandered back to Theed. A disturbance in the Force that I was sure Airy had not felt yet or would soon feel. Something...or someone was coming. The Dark Side. I was excited beyond belief. This was our chance to prove ourselves, to be accepted into the Jedi academy on either Corusant or Dantooine. I hoped Dantooine... The planet was prettier and not filled with so much city.

We rushed out of the forest into the field and lo and behold the were huge Destryoer starships awaiting us. From the bottom of the Destroyer, lines of metal wire fell from the ship. Thousands of wires, hitting the floor. Stormtroopers slid down the lines, blaster rifles all in of their hands. They quickly surrounded us. I turned on my saber and the blade slid out in a line of glowing red. I had been practicing a little the past few days.

"We're going to have to fight our way out, Aaron." I was being serious now. I was a natural leader. The part came easily.

"Kill them?" the fear was evident in his voice.

"Kill them all," I was bloodthristy. Was this normal for a child like myself?

“Don’t let the dark side plague your mind, Syl,” he whispered to me.

“Don’t let the dark side kill you, Aaron,” I whispered back, “We’re gonna make it through this.”

The first stormtrooper walked towards us with authority. “Drop the lightsabers, kids. Come with us.”

He curled his long nails. He was thinking and this was the stance he took on when he was thinking.
His long claw like nails pinching his pale skin. He was looking at the sky. Vincere was mad he knew he felt it. He could see and he could sense it.
"Poor fool," he said to himself, "Poor fool Master is always so anrgy and always so power hungry."
He tend to talk to himself like this. Sinex knew no one was ever going to hear what he had to say.
Just talking to himself was enough. His voice like ice a nightmarish whisper. He made sure everything below his feet froze in fear.
Unlike Master who used his power and angry to destroy. Sinex used his words. His intelligent words.
His words that came from the knowledge burned into his soul. Sinex knew he was far more intelligent then his Master, but he never showed it. Understanding the Master was also part of his intelligence. Understanding that he was a Sith Lord, but not a Sith Emperor.
He had no control. Or he had less control then what he wanted. He began to walk a slow pace and smiled he felt the liquid rush inside his head, he saw the liquid, and he knew the liquid.
Sinex smiled sinisterly again.
"The time has come from control," he said to himself once again.
He walked off knowing fully that the Master wanted to see him. So before the Master could send his baffoons he wanted to be there.

C’Tzr stared. The force swirled around him. In his mind’s eye it looked like a twisting river of hateful, snarling feral faces. As they wrapped around his thick legs they’d become feral parodies of C’Tzr. They were all shouting the same thing. All shouting and hissing for the old man’s blood.
The old herbalist’s bony fingers grasped the doorway for support. “So what’re you going to do, my boy?”
The SIth kinght dug his tongue into one of his fangs the pain made the faces recede slightly.
The old man coughed painfully. “I said, what’re you going to do?”
“You saved me from the pits. After they took my hand, it was only a matter of time before I lost.”
“What are you going to do?”
C’Tzr looked down at the massive stump that was his left arm. “Why didn’t you give me a new hand? Why did you put it in there?”
The old man sighed. “What …are…you…going…to…do?”
C’Tzr’s stump began to glow blue from within. The rough flesh smoked filling the small room with the scent of burning fat. Thin wisps of smoke rose from the ruined flesh. The glow grew in strength the crudely cut bones of his forearm clearly visible now, as was the short barbed tube that reached from the bone to the stump’s end. Flesh bubbled, rose, and finally dripped to the floor as C’Tzr’s lightsaber reached its full length. C’Tzr stared at the old man and smiled. “I’m going to enjoy myself.”

I smiled as he continued the deed. His anger was almost complete. I turned to attend other matters. I had a Sith Lord to talk to soon. I had a few Sith Knights going to escort him to the Destroyer I sent for him, but I had no idea if he would comply. That was the dirty business of dealing with Sith. Not all of them knew their place. He was searching my feelings, I could feel it. He was very wise. Very knowledgeable. However, he underestimated my powers. His thoughts angered me, his contensious being of superiority. I would put him in his place. He was a Sith Lord because of me. The pitiful Emperor before me would have killed him like every other, but I allowed him to continue his work. Ungrateful spawns of death. His mission would be hard enough, I knew. I turned back to look over my shoulder with a grin.

“The Destroyer will be here in an hour. I want his body on that ship. If he want to experience the true dark side, be on that ship. I’ll have a mission for you.”

I turned around as his saber reached full length. I walked out onto the hot sand with screams following me quickly.

"Of course I want to be a great Jedi," Momo said after a moment of contemplation. Momo then looked down as if lost in thought.

The two walked for a moment with neither talking for what seemed like the longest time. Momo had a perplexed look on his face, and then one of determination, and yet another of confusion. Adam reached out with the force, trying to feel the emotions of his friend. There was sadness, regret, and maybe a little hope. It was all buried though. Thrown under Momo's seemingly absolute faith in the force. Adam knew Momo would be a great Jedi one day.

"Adam," Momo began. "What's a...whore?"

Adam glanced over at Momo. Images of a woman in chains flashed in his mind briefly. Yet more images of dirty looking men speaking in crude tongues followed.

"Probably some kind of slang for a girl," Adam lied. "Some planets have strange words that others don't."

This wasn’t going to work. The pain of leading the armada straight to Taris was unbearable. I looked back at TC and grinned. If I could fake collection, maybe things would work out better.

“Master,” TC said quietly, “Where are we going?

“Mygeeto,” I replied unsurely. “I need a place that will draw their attention dramatically. They’ve already seen me on another Imperial System. If I can draw them away, they might think that I was investigating them. They’ll be drawn towards me instead of Taris.”

“Will it work?”

“You know the odds better than I do.”

He didn’t respond. He knew it wasn’t the time.

I closed my eyes and waited for any response. I knew I wouldn’t get any messages from Taris until I was out of hyperspace, but I feared that would be too late. I opened them once more and sighed.

What would Syl do?

“Attention, Master B’rr. This is Jedi Knight Leblanc. You need to evacuate all Jedi from the planet immediately. Yuuzhan Vong will be arriving soon. Head towards Coruscant. They refuse to go there right now, due to the numbers of the Republic. This is not a drill, and please make haste. I would assume you only have a few hours’ time by now. Please hurry.”

Master B’rr turned off the transmission and stood immediately, moving around his desk in his study that was arranged much like his fellow Council Member. He went out of the room and down the hallway to an empty room a few rooms down. Inside, there were computer systems lined around in a circle that had various buttons and assortments of screens. He clicked a large red button and grabbed the intercom that was besides it.

“All Jedi report to the loading docks immediately. All Jedi repor
