Can anyone help my in giving advice on how to write my autobiography???

My name is Leona and Im trying to reach out and tell my story about the circumstances of my life, what my life has become and where I am today. Im trying to reach out to those who have lived the life that I have lived, after yrs of living w/a man who battered my emotions, and my own deppression that lead to my suicide.
Im trying to reach out to those who wish to help me in speaking out about both - the link between domestic violence and deppression!!!!
