    Evil insidious plan time!

    Rent an old van.
    Paint on both sides "FREE CANDY"
    Park it in front of a school.
    Distribute candy to all children who come to the van.

    Convert a gun to shoot candy then go "rob" a bank. Start shooting candy at the police that show up and possibly be given screaming lead and torn flesh as a reward.
