Alellis

Al Ellis grew up in Tillamook, Oregon,a small town best known for its cheese. Later, he moved to Corvallis, Oregon and attended Oregon State University. As a pianist, he found his way to Los Angeles and the glimmer of Hollywood. Writing, especially mystery stories, was always at the back of his mind and it was only natural that he would eventually write a series of mystery novels such as the Dalton Easter Investigations (DEI) series, which takes place in Palm Desert, CA. His Work as a police chaplain has given him unique insight into the sad and the glad of police work. He lives in La Quinta, California.
