I’ve been lucky enough to have a lot of freedom in the last decade. Every summer I traveled to the Western coast of Canada to plant trees, a job that gave me enough resources to survive the rest of the year. Thus I could use my off-season to explore whatever I wanted, whether it be music, knowledge, my writing, or the world.

All my life I’ve been interested in what makes people who they are, and what motivates them to do what they do. These days I'm obsessed with the relationship between mind and body, and the creative energy that can be harnessed from within. Most of my writing these days concerns the discoveries that I am making through the experience of my body. It's a breathtakingly amazing process.

I really want to inspire everyone to do this.

Perhaps I have - finally - found a purpose for my words!

the human mind, the human body, the creative process, discovering beautiful places in nature, and fascinating cultures of the world, helping other improve their writing, and encouraging everyone to be who they are
