I have been writing since an early age but my publishing achievements so far has been a letter in a weekly magazine and a small article in a dog mag.

I am a frustrated writer with lots of stories to tell but somehow life always manages to trip me up, just when I am getting going again. I.e; every day life, illness, family feuds, deaths (not connected to the feuds!) kids, DOGS...

I am here to see if I can finally get my act together, and be able to shut the door on those distractions to concentrate on me for a while. I don't want riches, I don't want fame, I would just like to see my books (even just one!) on a shelf at Waterstone's or, better still, in my local bookshop.

So far I am a survivor, if I can get over kidney failure then I should be able to conquer the world shouldn't I? So why is it so blumin difficult to get my story out there?!? Need help, advice, constructive criticism and a good firm kick up the butt, any takers?

Dogs, walking, photography, writing, wildlife, elephants, fresh air and freedom.
