Hiya Writers!
It took me a while but I'm here at last.
I'm an unpublished beginner to writing. I started about two years ago and have been educating myself on the art of poetry via Google and YouTube.
I recently wrote a few short stories for the writing section of a current events forum and won 'writer status' within the forums and have been praised there for my poetry also.
So anyway, I met a fantastic group of people there that um, well, bullied me really, into taking writing more seriously and think about trying to get published and all that.
I still say I'm not ready and I think a big part of me is just here to humour them.
My ultimate dream in life would be to either read English at Cambridge University or have a poem of mine studied in schools 100 years after I have died. I know, right? I don't want much at all.
