“My parents never told me I had a twin sister,” Sybil said. “That’s typical,” her twin said, “Mother gave me up for adoption.” “That’s fucked up!” Sybil narrowed her eyes, is she’s a vampire too? She must be because I’m 263 years. “Why are you staring at me?” “You vampire?” “Yea. Hungry?” “I don’t drink human blood” “Well, I do,” and Sybil’s twin showed her fangs. Sybil ran towards her evil twin - she has to save mankind. What if your MC runs into something dangerous?
That depends on what that dangerous thing is. If it can be avoided, it will be avoided. If it can be negotiated, it will be negotiated. If all else fails, prepare to annihilate. What would your MC do if he or she were about to be killed by his or her very own beloved?
Run away. Due to the MC's situation, the would-be killer soon forgets that the MC exists. Speaking of which: What does your MC do if she wakes up to find that no one recognizes her or has any memories of her?
Nina would probably assume that it's part of one of Priscilla's blackmail plots and try to figure out what information is being used to blackmail people into pretending they don't know her. What does your main character do when forced to spend the entire winter at a South Pole research station - unable to go outside and with no sunlight for six months.
"No. No way. Father, you can't make me do this! This is ludicrous!" *Runs away and finds mom, who says same thing* "No! I won't! I'm staying here!" *Wraps her arms around column* (this MC is six years old). What would your main character do when forced to go shopping with the one person in their life who has no clue about fashion, style or clothes?
"Oh dear lord. Dad, please let me call Danae--no really, please. Gosh no. I don't want the police department to think I'm gay and a terrorist. -__-;; Never mind. It's better than looking like Princess Leia." What would your character do if they wake up with a bald head?
Amos Garnier: <feels his head, then starts screaming> I'M BALD! I'M BALD! AAAAH!! HELP! <thinks> People are going to laugh at me, and think me a freak! *pulls covers over him* Helen Chert: <balks when she sees the mirror> How the hell did this happen? Mishu Jerni: <puts her hands over her face as she mutters a curse> I'm going to beat the shetok out of Implu. This was his doing! I should've known better... What would your main character do if he/she found out his/her loved one had eye cancer in both eyes, and they needed to be removed? (cookies for those who got The Fault in Our Stars reference.)

And...after that, could you call a the f***ing airforce?!" *panics and screams" What would they do if your MC found out they had inherited several million dollars in their name, but to claim the money they would have to move to a different country/planet?
Isake: "what in the name of the gods is this thing you call dollars?" (this story doesn't have a monetary system, it works purely on trading items and favours) Zai: "Sweet, but seriously. why do i have to move there? because you know, i am the devils grandson, and need to be nearby" how would your character react if they found out that they were in fact, the son/daughter of a dwarfen leader and an elfin queen??
Elizabeth Athena scampered up the stairs, trying to process this information but at the same time feeling overwhelmed, as is she'd bit off more than she could chew. But she didn't bite anything. Mother and father did. She shoved cooks and Servants out of the way, sending goblets of wine and baskets of rolls flying across the Hall. Tears streamed down her face; she was no longer Mother and Father's lovely princess. She was truly a monster. What would your main character do if they woke up from a mid-afternoon nap, surrounded by adoring dogs?

Well...tbh this is the story arc (or similar to it) in way too many of my stories, so I guess I'll pick one of my random MCs... Wadud: Erm, are you kidding me? My family is starving, I have to pay the rent, and the welfare checks hardly cover it. You think I have time for being in love? Well...maybe if they could solve my financial crisis...I mean, no! No! What if your MC could erase the memories of one of their relationships, would they do it? If so, which one and why? (doesn't have to be a romantic relationship)
Bane: *without stopping to think* Leilah. Let me forget Leilah please... That bitch ruined everything. Raven: *raises an eyebrow* Forget a relationship? Bitch, please. I'm the one they all want to forget. Novak: Well.... does the man I killed count? I'd like to forget him. *shudders* After what he did, and after what he made me do... What if your MC had 24 hours to live? How do they know this, and what's killing them?
June would either 1) orchestrate the world's wildest orgy - ruling this out if she is dying of some contagious illness - or 2) inflict a kamikaze rampage of violence and mayhem against the nearest crime syndicate. Your MC found out that they just caused the one thing that they had tried the hardest to prevent. What was that thing, and how does your MC react?
Helen Chert would swear under her breath, pound the table and curse herself. She had managed to spark the interplanetary war that was only held together by a tenuous truce, and now millions will die. She feels personally responsible, and thus will find a way to bring it to an end as quickly as possible. Even without the sanctions of her authorities. Mike Wolfletter, through his own stupidly, had allowed his charge and an entire farm fall victim to the bloodthirsty gang. Response? He gets drunk, nearly dies of alcohol poisoning and goes to become a jaded bounty hunter. Your Main Character is a star in his/her own TV show. What is this show? How does your MC react to being on this TV show? What would happen if the villain were directing this TV show? What would he/she do?
I stare at @Link the Writer funny; "What on Earth is a TV show?" I ask curiously, shaking my head. "I believe thou art telling lies; never before has there been a T--TV show. You must be mistaken, sir." (This particular main character happens to take part in a fantasy story, in which she lives in a kingdom before the Medieval ages) What would happen if your Main Character went to bite into their favorite food, but their best friend swatted it away and screamed that it was full of poison?
Shaydas: Yell at them during the initial moment of confusion and then feel bad about yelling. Mark: Argue with them for a while but ultimately refrain from eating it. Bennett: Ask them what kind of poison it is.
zie would strongly disapprove of using open flames in a fire accelerant storage facility, but probably wouldn't say anything. zie'd put up a personal fire protection ward, do whatever zie'd gone there to do, and leave shaking zir head. the fact that the thing being smoked is marijuana wouldn't make any impact, as zie has no idea that it's generally illegal or not socially acceptable. what kind of medication--prescription, over-the-counter, medicinal teas, or anything--would your character use most frequently? do they use it regularly? how do they feel about that?
"Well," Elizabeth Athena said hesitantly, "green tea is lovely, I suppose...and according to Father, it's good for your health." What would your main character do if they turned a corner of a deserted hallway and encountered a sheathed sword, laying neatly in the middle of the corridor?
Angel looked at the sword on the stone flags before her. A pale brow quirked. "What am I, some sort of chosen one." Not again, she thought. Been there, done that, so over it. Gathering her skirts, she took a delicate leap over the sword and continued onward. This was not her destiny, but anothers. Your main character's younger sibling comes racing around the corner after them, said sibling sees the sword. a.) How would your MC respond, and b.) How would the younger sibling respond to the reaction of part a?
Isake: shove off younger sibling! you do realise the prophecy of the oldest son being the son of a god right? this should be a piece of cake *shatters the stone with black magicks, protecting the weapon in the process* Unnamed younger sibling: *Shrugs* you're the top bloke in two countries, i can hardly argue with you. how would your MC react if they found out they were an illegitimate son/daughter of a god?
