ha! seriously though, the trolling on YouTube and CNN is insane. but makes for a good laugh, 50 percent of the time. Most people go off on rants that have nothing to do with the subject at hand. oh what the 4am hour inspires one to say.....

At least now we know more about bythegods and the level of respect he has for other members. Certainly gives me a clue on how to interact with him - ie, as little as possible.
OK, my immature side wants to fuel the flame fire, but my mature side says 'enough!' Let's not use this obituary thread to Robin Williams to smack talk one of our own posters, even if he/she did say something needlessly rude. @bythegods - If one of your own committed suicide, know that we won't have the galls to come to you and say that he/she was a cretin.
Honestly, I'd just leave that post alone. bythegods has not really made another post on this thread, but I'll bet he's read them though and laughed about it. Don't be so susceptible to the trolls, a constant reaction is exactly what some people want.
I don't want to take this thread away from the topic, but I have to say after I have seen comments on other sites I can say that Williams got very little hate here. This site has had very little trolls anyway. Or my troll radar is just broken
So, Good Will Hunting was a good film. I'm so glad Robin Williams was that talented and diverse (totally trying to change the subject).
I find it sad that at least I have read that he didn't want to do many movies he made. He needed the money so he had to choose worst movies. Good thing is that he was able to do serious roles. This is not probably the thing most remember him from but I remember him from video of his meeting with my favorite Gorilla. Apparently she got sad when she heard the news

Not to be a troll, and I enjoyed the RW-Koko interaction including him saying he was awed by the experience, as most people would be, but... take those claims about knowing 1000 signs and speaking American Sign Language with a grain of salt. More than that I'll leave for another thread if anyone cares to start one. And it doesn't mean Koko isn't an intelligent sentient being. There's no doubt about that much.
