Sounds good to me too, it's great to see lots of new RPs popping up. Now we just need the support for them. Come on guys!
We need some fresh blood in the RP forum I think. New RP's don't work so well when we can't fill them up!
Alright, I think that I'll be starting Athena Academy soon, I have App, Vex, Nia, maybe Ax and others joining as well, I've gotten a few things planned out, at least for the first arc, I think I'm ready to begin.

I just mean that I'll likely be slapping up the actual RP soon so then people can start making their characters, I won't be making the opening post just yet until I get a few CSs in.
haha cool, I already have an idea for a character, but want to see the lay of the land before setting out if you know what I mean.
The RP section of this forum isn't as active as I remember... that's a shame. I'll be keeping an eye out for an interesting new RP though, because the project that's been keeping me from joining for the past year and a half is due in november, which means I'll have time for an RP again
I've got an idea for a RP, just a random idea I got. Story: It’s the year 5060, and the apocalypse has wiped out everything except a group of people, maybe enough to populate a small town, but no more. The world around them was completely destroyed, and they’ve started losing hope of ever surviving. Then they found them. They believed they would save them, would rebuild the world for them. What did they find? Robots. No one knew where the robots came from, only that they survived the apocalypse, and were locked in some sort of sleep until they were woken. The people quickly learned that the robots were smart. These were not the mindless metal creatures they had before the apocalypse. But they agreed to help rebuild the world, until they started running low on fuel, and demanded that the people ‘fed’ them. On human blood. For a while all that happened was every month the robots rounded up the people, and slit their hands. The blood they collected fed the robots, and kept them content enough to continue working for the people. But then, one robot rose above the rest, becoming some sort of leader. And the leader demanded sacrifice. Instead of everyone giving blood, one person was chosen at random to be killed, all of their blood spilled for the robots. The robots became a sort of parasite. Living off you, but at the same time, destroying you. The people grew to hate the robots, but everyone was too scared to rise up against them. Until now. Plot: This story will take place from the point of view of a small band of teens/young adults who rise up against the robots. The aim of the story is to defeat the robots in any way possible. Your character can die, and if that happens there is no way, at least not at the start, to revive them so be careful. You can make your character a cyborg, but only if as well as giving them an extra ability, the robotics has weakened them somehow. Rules: 1. No controlling other people’s characters 2. No God-moding 3. I won’t say cussing isn’t allowed, but please keep to a minimum. 4. Please update quickly. If someone is waiting for you to upload, don’t leave them waiting for ages. 5. PM me your character sheet before posting it on the discussion thread. Just so ya know, Athena Academy, Unnatural Campus, and the Viking rp are just asleep, not dead. So you could look into those
Athena Academy isn't sleeping App, it hasn't started yet, there's a huge difference, and the main reason that it hasn't started yet is because of my very lazy co-GM. *Accusatory glare*
Sorry, but man, I got so many problems. I don't know what to eat for breakfast tomorrow, and I just scraped my knee outside, and my favorite show comes on in an hour. These problesm matter.

So....who wants another RP!? My idea is to turn a book I'm writing into an RP for your writing pleasure. It's still in the works, but I've been thinking about it a long time, over a year in fact, so hopefully it will be interesting, in depth, and a fun journey for everyone. Day of the Star 2,000 years ago Humans found Earth. It wasn’t our first planet. Not even our 2nd. It was the 60th colony we had founded. But the reason for this colonization was different from all the rest. We humans were the most powerful race in the galaxy. The only other race that could even hope to compare were the Egrinots. A brilliant race with minds like supercomputers but with bodies that didn’t last more than 30 years. The Egrinots were afraid of us...of the colonies we built on planets all around us, of our attempts at creating a single galactic government, that of course the humans would rule. Their fear was silly of course. We weren’t evil. But their fear led to the greatest tragedy in the history of the universe. The Day of the Star. 2,000 years ago the Ergrinots committed mass genocide, by destroying the star “Requiem.” The radioactive fallout destroyed our original home, Earthelin, along with dozens of other colonized planets. Humans and Aliens alike suffered the effects of a star exploding. 22,000 humans survived and over the course of the past 2,000 years we have managed to turn Earthelin into a better version of what we lost. Now, we’re ready to return to the stars. Hopefully the Egrinots, who have been silent for the past 2,000 years, will remain silent. Else drastic measures will have to be taken. The Year is 2226 A.D.S. (After Day of the Star). You, my Jumpers, are about to be teamed with the best and then sent off on a journey across the stars. Who knows what dangers you’ll face? What horrors you’ll protect our world from or what grand discoveries you will make. Your mission is of the utmost importance… and your only option is to succeed.
I think I've got a character who will suit this story and I think I finally have some time to join again, so you can count me in.
