Pulled out my cd player and my hardcopy, (cd), collection. Three massive binder cases, I forgot I had some of this stuff. Feeling vintage.

I have so many things to do, but I haven't gone mad yet. So that's what I'm thankful for.

 

always good to know you`re not mad.....i`m not mad, much....anyway, thankful that i am still enjoying writing my novel even though it is making me mad....

Finally managed to get out and take a nice long walk between rainstorms. Usually, it's too cold or when it's warm it rains all day. I'm starting to daydream about taking a day trip and going hiking, which I haven't done since last year.

 

I've decided April is going to be my self-love revolution month.

Well, I submitted a poem of publication consideration. We'll see how it goes. At least I have the gall to try.

dunno if i should be happy or not, but i applied for my student finance for Uni this morning, kinda nervous, but looking forward to the prospect of getting a degree.

However,

I posted my first album review on a heavy metal music website, and been told (by the site owner) that my writing style is good (and that he likes it.)

could this be a future?

There really is nothing more soothing and self-care like than being productive, for me. To quote a great detective, my mind rebels at stagnation. Hopefully I can turn the last 2 months of the semester into something great, or continue being great, and focusing on myself.

I tried to write music reviews a few years ago but never really knew what to say.

 

Finished the second draft of a small project. I cost me my sleep, but I got it. Now I just have to avoid falling asleep in class and failing a bunch of assignments.

Think I better go get a few cans of Monster.

 

Hope all goes well with the finance, not easy these days going into further education. And well done on the musi. As for the future, you never know.

 

I had planned (for tomorrow) a ride all around the Wrekin...and then I saw the weather forecast, with warnings for serious wind...so, yeah, further out than Cumnor!

 

OMG! My cousin updated her FaceBook page to tell everyone she got a new toilet.

I am happy my life is more interesting than that.

 

I wonder if they threw a house-warming party to that toilet...

 

I wonder if the toilet would have appreciated it, after all most of them seem a little shy.

 

Well they do take shit every day from us, so yeah, seem to be real pushovers...

 

Got sent through my first promo to review, tell you what I actually think i might enjoy reviewing albums, its like free music for my opinion on something,

with this one, im getting a Industrial Metal meets Metalcore mash up kinda vibe - it actually isn't as bad as it looks written down!

I've just got a new toilet.

And the rest of the flat to go with it in Takapuna. It is a relief to be out of motels, but I currently have no furniture other than a bed.
