When you said 'bokeh' last time I thought it was some mad typo. You having typed it again meant I had to look it up. Never even heard that expression before.
I have an idea for my cover already but I'm not sure if I will keep it. Have any of you seen a cover with a white stone on it? Basically my current cover design is a simple, It will contain a stone that glows white with maybe a black background. I already have a title planned for it. If I do this I have to find some pale white stone, white jagged edges and edit the picture.
completely agree. The original fit with the title. The follow up seems like something for a horror novel rather than sci-fi.
It looks good mate! With such a monochromatic cover I'd like to see a version with coloured fluid in the vial Also, try throwing a couple of vials on, at an angle rather than all straight and what not.
I like blue I am not keen on the back cover ghost vial. I get the idea, but it's not necessary and looks more like dirt than another vial / artistry. Keep in mind, this is purely subjective opinion.
The back cover loses the fact it's a vial, it looks like a bowling pin. I prefer the clean single vial on the front, but I'd experiment with different color liquids, perhaps a neon color of some kind that contrasts starkly with the semi-colorless cover. If it were being published, I'd even consider different colors on different books - see if one color sells more than another.
Don't take that one. It's pure psilochydrinate and will mess you up good. A plague on both your houses. I really liked what I'd done with the back cover ampule.
As a person who has had content stolen many times i must agree with this sentiment. People who would never shoplift seem to love lifting content and not crediting the creator.
He isn't a novelist, he is more in the genre of human psychology studies. He does write some very interesting and thoughtful books. Very popular. Anyway, i love his covers for their simplicity.
