I'm not following your train of thought here. It would appear you are taking offense and I'm not sure to what.

I think it's best to leave it there.

I'm not taking offense, no, I am frustrated that I reiterate what you wrote and you then try and dissect and analyse it and tell me what I am trying to do.

If someone says, "I think GingerCoffee means this", I would have thought the obvious response would be, "Yes, that's what I meant" or, "No, actually I meant this".

You did in fact change characters, which is the example I gave, switching form Ralph to Charlie (You wrote MC to transitional character) so I believe I was correct in my interpretation of your post.

Why you needed to write what you did I have no idea at all.

It sounded like you were saying 1st, 2nd, and 3rd person POV was something different from character one's and character two's POVs.

I repeat, I'm not following your train of thought there. I'm still not sure why my post offended you.

And I really do think it's best to leave it there.

Yes we should leave it there. To continue suggesting I am taking offense when I have quite clearly stated -- in the first 4 words of my preceding post -- I am not taking offense is only going to get more frustrating.

Frustration is not offense, in case this sort of thing crops up again later and you are curious.

The way I read, "You have got to be kidding me," it connoted offense. I'll take your word for it that isn't what you intended.

It's used when someone is surprised at something. How being surprised can be interpreted as offended I will never understand, but thanks for letting me know where the confusion arose.

Not a thing wrong with changing POV. Stick a couple of asterisks in the center of the page to signify your change, and move forward. Have fun with it. Relax. It's okay.
