Just read somewhere in the comments a suggestion to play it in 1.25 or 1.5 speed. And what a good idea that was. Now I'm stuck on playing it at 1.25 on guitar. (1.5 is impossible). The possibilities to procrastinate are infinite.
Pretty song; great lyrics. "Your ashes must be blowing everywhere, 'Cause I can still feel you and you're nowhere near, And though you didn't say so I can tell that you still care, We could've had it all, but then nothing is fair, I still think about washing your hair, I wish I could've washed away all of your despair."
That whole album is great. The lyrics coupled with the music are of course more impactful than when I just type them
Guess I'll stick with two more from Joseph Arthur, since I've been listening to him all day. From the same album as all those above. The story is Peter Gabriel heard a demo by Arthur, then arranged for Arthur to play live at a club in New York and Arthur was signed shortly thereafter. So I guess Peter Gabriel gets some credit for getting the guy a recording deal.
