Good morning! My name is Elizabeth. I'm new in this forum. I'm a college student. English has always been the class I excelled at. This semester, however, I am not taking an English class. I've struggled with my motivation to write. This stems from other life issues which I won't get into. Lately I've been feeling that urge again to write. I have found writing prompts to help me kick start my writing again. The reason I joined this forum is to be able to participate routinely in a writing workshop. I'd like to learn to better receive and use constructive feedback and learn to give it. To some degree, I've participated in workshop in my English classes but I struggle with expressing my thoughts verbally. I would like to improve my writing. I feel that I can only do that by writing more, receiving feedback, giving feedback, and in general learning from other writers. All and all I'm excited to have found, and joined this community.
