    Baby Goats Are Adorable

Discussion in 'The Lounge' started by ValianceInEnd, Mar 21, 2008.

My family just got three little baby goats to add to our "farm" in the backyard. We got an Alpine Pigmy and two Nigerian Pigmies. Their really really cute and still trying to get adjusted to the new environment. I just hope the horses don't accidently step on them...

I've never seen a baby goat. I'll take your word on it :p.

Oh, then I must post up the pictures of the baby goats I played with at our ex-neighbor's farm. They were so cute! I love such animals. (Oh, and do I want to tame a leopard.)

They look all cute and fuzzy on the outiside but inside is a manifestation of evil.

I only think that because I was headbutted by one when I was nine, lol.

Nah, Eoz. They are the sweetest animals ever. Since we nurture one every year (not for the meat - but for the spirit of sacrifice), I really enjoy them. Sweeties.

There are the few that do that, but most goats are sweet and very friendly.

so, you 'nurture' them and love them and think they're cute, but then kill them?

    humans really perplex me!

You call people out for doing things like this when your avatar is a picture of the earth being destroyed by an asteroid?

    Humans perplex me too!

yup!... my avatar is what i think would be cosmic justice... not at all the same as taking a knife and slitting the throat of a poor, innocent goat-child for the supposed glory of some man-fashioned god-thing [no offense intended toward true-believers... that's just my own belief]...

So it's more just to wipe everything out, innocent and guilty alike?

yup!... to save us from spreading our virus of violence anywhere else in the universe... of course, it's entirely possible that we may have come from somewhere out there where our forebears have been doing the same for much longer than we have... ;-)

as for 'innocent and guilty' in re the human race, most of those who might consider themselves 'innocent' are still guilty at least of not doing anything to try to stop all the wrongful stuff and most even contribute to it being done, in one way or another... such as all who eat and wear/use parts of their fellow animals don't actually torture and kill them personally, but they allow it to be done for them, by continuing to support the practice...

and many who profess to be personally against war and torture still put into office those who make it all continue... and most of those who claim to love their earthly habitat and not do any harm to it personally, still drive cars that spew fumes, run on fuel made in processes that also do, made in factories that are the worst offenders in that regard... and so on... being the end user of anything involves you [and me!] in every 'crime' that is committed in its creation and distribution, no less than those who do the actual damage knowingly...

as far as that wished-for cosmic collision of mine, keep in mind that i'll be 'going' right alone with all the rest of you...

    till then,... hugs, m
