He's a vampire or well seems to be He could probably regen getting jaw knocked loose but Popo seems to have then enough GUN to probably take out the majority of the people around him in one on one confrontations XD

Though Blitz may pose a problem for Popo Speedsters are some of the most dangerous meta human types, depending how fast they can get up to. There is a reason The Flash is MEGA level threat among DC characters Course there all variables but I stand by that Popo or Blitz are the most dangerous among that small group atm
