Does posting my work jeopardize publishing it?

Discussion in 'Support & Feedback' started by cinnim0ngirl, Sep 6, 2009.

I was wondering if I were to post a chapter or two of my novel for input will that cause problems later if it were to be published?

Many forums have a password protected area, so that you can safely upload pieces that you wish to be critiqued. I'm not sure if it's the same on this one, but it's a good question! :)

I am not being funny when I say this, but reread Cog's welcome post to you. It mentions that posting your work here CAN present issues later on. I believe this matter has been covered, try doing a search.

EDIT: I found it! It is stickied at the top of the publishers section of the forums.
