    Sing Me A Song

Discussion in 'Word games' started by Honeybun, Dec 25, 2008.

Hi, this is my first thread in Word Games, so I hope it works out well.

The idea of "Sing me a song" is one person posts part of a song in response to the poster before him/her; maximum number of lines would be four (no need to go on, otherwise it would become dull). After that, you name who the artist is and what's the name of the song if applicable. The song can be from a band, a singer, a cartoon...etc as long as it's relevant to the precedent post. Here's an example:

"I believe I can fly, I believe I can touch the sky"
    R Kelly- I believe I can fly

    in response:

"Do you know, where you're going to? do you like the things that life is showing you?"
    Mariah Carey- Do you know

    Get it?

    OK, here's mine for starters:

"How do I get through a night without you, if I had to live without you, what kind of life would that be?"
Leanne Rimes- How do I live

Mark Anthony, Tina Arena "I want to spend my lifetime loving you"

Sorry, but posting lyrics without fully identifying the song and lyricist is not permitted due to copyright issues.
