When you're 20 and 40, age is mostly a number.
When you're 19 and 14, age is a criminal offense and a few years in gaol.

Yep. I just like the odd spelling, and wanted to use it since I was reminded of it recently.

LOL Alaska is also the emptiest. LOL. NY, TX, and Cal, are the three highest electoral Collage states.
Wait what does being raised in TX get you called a Yankey? I'm lost. Do you mean a Yank, I've been called that... in Germany of all places, never thought tot hear it there. Only place I hear calling people Yankees are in the states. (PS: Being proud that your state supported slavery is a bad reason to dislike being called a yankee. Yankee only has to do with the war, and nothing else.)

Had a commander from TX who was constantly shouting randomly for no reason. His favorite thing to yell was Bull Pu&*Y. Instead of Bull Sh97.

The more I go on this forum and communicate in person, the more I think I'm overly flirtatious and somehow boring. Eh.

Adamant probably wishes you are as cute as the avatar. :)

If that is the case he might even have it saved as his screen saver or back ground.

Just so you know the image portrays you as being around the age of eighteen. Not your real age of 13

Read whole thread. I am black playboy. Just love the great state. "Don't Mess With Texas" , and "Everythin's bigger in Texas" a few of my favorite phrases. I have had someone from somewhere in europe call me a yank before(yank = yankee same thing to me)

Edit: If she just turned 13 that is misleading please put a hello kitty on there somewhere so everyone knows lol

Erm, a little, yes. You are using English language in your writing and spelling, so that is the truth. As for people calling you English rather than British, fair does, I'd correct them if someone called me Scottish. But with the writing, you are using English soo.

Question for you. Having watched something on TV the other night, it said that people from Scotland, and sometimes Wales, do not like being called British, they want to be refered to as Welsh, or Scottish. Now personally, I say British, not English. What about you? Because on this programme it was saying that a lot of Scottish people do not want to be British, they want to be Scottish, but to me, they are two different things, they are both and should be proud.

I refer to myself as a person.

I just hate being labelled British, or English as i don't feel 'British' or 'English.'
(I once said to some one I am from 'Tursbeckistan' for sh*ts and giggles)
I write in English, my parents lived and had sex in England, that's about all there is to it really.

It isn't a label though, it is your heritage. I don't get it, you were born and raised in England, Britian, so you are both English and British. I don't see how it is a label, it is no different from being male of female, or saying what colour hair you have. Being British, or wherever you are from, is not a label I don't think, but just where you are from.

If you were filling in a form and it asked for your nationality, what would you say? And would you class that as being labelled?

I am Scottish and I hate being called British. Could you imagine if you told people you were British and they automatically assumed that you were Scottish, Welsh or Irish. It gets very annoying. England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales are four seperate countries. Therefore, I am Scottish not British.
