I thought, that we could write our hmm what do you call them. Inspiration writing schedules. Basically

    I write from

    9am to 12pm

    and then write again from

    10pm to 2am

What are your writing schedules? Boy do I make a lot of threads and boy do I talk a lot on WF.

WF.org is the best way for writers to procrastinate and still feel like they're writing as anything you read here can be labeled as "research" lol.

I typically write weekdays, 1:30-8:30 but not full through. Just 3-4 hours in between that time.

Actually the times I write coincide with my meds. When my meds wear off, and when my meds take in effect. While my meds are active I'm all blocked up inside.

I write whenever I can. I used to write early in the morning, which is my favorite time to work. Nowadays, though (partly because I'm a moderator here), I write very late at night - maybe 1:30 to 3:30 am. This is not optimal, but I'm getting used to it. It means I often don't get up until 10:00 am or so, but that's the way it is.

A list of writers who were night owls:

    Franz Kafka
    Marcel Proust
    Gustave Flaubert
    Friedrich Schiller
    Samuel Johnson
    Thomas Wolfe
    Dostoevsky
    Balzac
    Herman Hesse

I think I may have found the secret to becoming a good writer.

Churchill, too, right? I haven't read any of his work, but his speeches were pretty good.

I keep a small pocket notebook and a .25mm pen on me at all times. I use this for ideas and musings. I will write at any time I can in there. After work or class I'll spend 45 min at the least writing to unwind from the day.

I don't know, though I wouldn't be surprised if he did write during the night. My list only included the writers I know for sure wrote at night; there are bound to be many I missed.
