I used to play the violin a long time ago. Then I took a break from it and never played again. I'm seriously considering starting again.
I like drawing. Pencil, and a few colors for the more conspicuous or important parts. But I haven't done it for years. I think I should start doing it again, especially now when my creative faculty cooks up rather interesting scenes and pictures. But it would take a lot of time. Unless I do it part by part, perhaps an hour or so a day. First a rough sketch and then I start adding details, start elaborating it, like writing. But then again, I'm rather lazy currently...
Sometimes I paint. Sometimes I sketch, although I'm not very good at it. I build plastic models, mostly spacecraft. I used to play tenor sax, but am years out of practice. I do quite a bit of photography. I sing. A lot.
I don't think I could go a day without doing at least something creative if not writing. I enjoy photography, fashion, singing, and graphic design. Just sit me down with Photoshop and I'm a happy girl!
I love music. I've been a keen guitarist since I was twelve years old, and I love singing folk songs. I know a lot of them, hence my screen name "minstrel". The happiest times I've ever had in my life are when I'm making music and it really comes together well. I can't draw. I have no talent at all for visual arts. I guess I'm auditorily-biased. I love music and I love writing, but I love to read my writing aloud. That's when it becomes art for me.
I've been playing guitar for around 6 years, though with other commitments my playing has turned from once a day to once a week at best. It's actually a little depressing. I can also play bass too, though I've not played a bass in a long, long time. As a child I liked drawing landscapes too.
I've always wanted to play the harp. I do a bit of drawing and photography. Not as much as I'd like but I'm hopefully going to develop my skills more after I graduate. I do a bit of crafts as well, mostly in the form of card making. You don't get a shop bought card from me.
I play guitar, drums, piano, and I sing. I also draw. My style ranges from cartooning and comic books. Right now, even though I'm 16, I've got a job to be a penciller and an inker for a graphic novel. Nothing big like Marvel or DC, but at least I'm getting my foot in the door. I also do some 3D modelling and I enjoy making cartoon animations. I'm self taught at everything I do.
I play upright bass, guitar, ukulele, piano, sitar, didjeridoo, and I sing. I write a lot of music, from rock to rap to jazz to children's music. I want to be a singer/storyteller children's performer. I plan on getting my act ready to perform in the next month or so. I like making documentaries and short films now and again, and I like to dance.
I draw and I dabble in game development. I played the cello awhile ago and have been intending to pick it up again.
i've sketched, sculpted, created original collages, decoupaged boxes, furniture and other home furnishings, was a clothing and costume designer, do architectural, interior and landscape design [remodeled 8 homes], embroider, sew and crochet original items from beaded purses to hats, stuffed animals, and afghans...
I don't really have much involvement with this anymore but I still love performing arts. I also like taking pictures of things so I can remember what a particular scene or moment or event was like.
I'm a cellist(barely), and I weave as well. I dabble with watercolor but only when I'm really bored and can't practice cello anymore.
I hand engrave things. I engrave better than I draw, it's such a different feel. (I do not do pencil-and-paper art at all.) I've been practicing with digital speed painting, but I really need a tablet. I've been dabbling in 3D Modeling. I like making things that I design myself... Such as the Hyena/Thylacine hybrid I like to call a Hyenacine. It's a frightening little devil. I also sing, I've been classically trained for 2 years, received many awards and made it to the State Choir. That was a lot of fun, but I'm not very serious about it anymore. And Martial Arts. I'm learning a lot of Tai Chi based martial arts, along with Sun style Tai Chi.
