Been a long time since I have been on - hmmm, remind me to check if my profile is up to date. Had to share some good news because, well, I reckon I am going to end up telling everyone anyway. Had my first book accepted for publishing. A children's book. Never expected the first one to be a kids' book but, hey, not going to argue! Planned to be released in early 2013 - just got the fully signed contract yesterday but it has been in editing and design since Feb. The publisher supplies schools with the reading texts so there is a twenty or so being done at the same time. I am still in the "Wow, me?" phase of this ....
