I always want to carry a camera! My husband and I are the worst about that. We forget a lot! But, I would say we remember MOST of the time. We hike in very remote places where there are hardly any people and the bugs would eat you alive if you weren't prepared. Remind me to tell you a very funny story about our latest trip! On that same trip we actually got a picture of what was clearly bear tracks. That was pretty cool. I will try to capture a bigfoot pic for you the next time I go!
My husband and I were out bear hunting. He shot one but it ran into the woods beside the road. Since you do not want to leave a wounded animal suffering he went into the woods and hunted for about an hour. The woods ended 20 feet from the road at a cliff face. No way up it even for a bear. We didn't find the bear and went back the next morning at dawn and hunted another hour. Never did find the bear. It was not a large bit of woods. So in an even more remote area there is the greatest possibility that you would not see a body of big foot. Also a fact about bears. Their fur does not reflect light. So you can't see it even if the light is shining on it unless the bear moves. Maybe big foot has the same genetics as a bear. In northern Ontario you step 100 feet into the bush and you could easily be lost for days, it is so dense that in some places you can't walk between the trees. Big Foot could and probably does exist. If he is smart he will stay hidden from humans. We don't like competition
It's easy, Big Foot is an alien! The man that made the original Big Foot sighting movie made a death bed confession that it was a hoax . Sorry. I'd like to believe it exists, as I like the stories but that is all they are.
I was terrified of Bigfoot when I was a kid. It was the 70’s, Bigfoot was big in the news, and my parents were into camping. They would always go with a large group of their friends. My parents bought a really big, extra tent for all the kids to sleep in which would be placed in the middle of the campground, surrounded by the tents of the parents. Because the big, kids tent belonged to my family, I always claimed rights to the center of the tent for the sleeping bags of my brother and myself. I figured that way, when Bigfoot came, no matter which direction he came from, he would get the kids on the edges of the tent first and my brother and I would have a chance to run away. Pretty silly, huh?

I think I would need better footage. With today's technology, it could be easily seen as CGI or photoshopped. It's hard to take things seriously when you can change everything
So Bluemouth, are you saying you believe or disbelieve? As for me...I am not sure, I heard stories when I was a kid...I don't know how anyone can ever know for sure, because that thing is ancient if it is alive...
and like religion, it can become a heated topic. Please take special care not to stomp on one another's beliefs.
