Music in general is like that for myself, it's relieving to be able to identify with someone else through simply listening to a song.

i have never had one that wraps up my life, but i have songs that, even though they have nothing to do with my life, it still seems to resemble everything that is going on in it. lol. i love music, it helps me relax.

    Actual music? Not really..

Though playing it gives me the same effect.

    (Affect? Effect? I don't know!)

    Effect.

    Affect is an action.
    Effect is an outcome.

My fist affects your face, leaving the effect of a black-eye... or at least that's the way I think it is.

Yes, although Affect can also be a noun, in which case it means the outward appearance of mood: She exhibited a depressed affect.

To confuse matters further, effect as a verb means to bring about: He was able to effect a new hiring policy.

there are songs that just fit w/e moods u can b feeling, and there are some songs that say things about urself i guess. for me, the song I by Taproot is one of these songs, but there are plenty of others that can say alot about me. but then again i listen to rock and metal and i could list over 200 bands off the top of my head that are great, though currently my favs are cradle of filth, marilyn manson, and atreyu, but my favs change everyday
