    memoir of an interviewer/reporter

Discussion in 'Research' started by Stampingchimps, Feb 3, 2014.

Rookie here. I am considering attempting to write a shortie narrated by an interviewer. specifically someone who is interviewing X in order to write a news column say in NYT. It would be MOST HELPFUL to read a book where such a reporter looks back at her experiences, how did s/he go about the whole process

Thus I am looking for books to read that would help me in that, and probably a memoir of a columnist (who interviewed people) would be most helpful. The interviewee in my story is a common man.

    many thanks in advance
