Why can't I post in the Scripts section?

Discussion in 'Support & Feedback' started by kimCady, Oct 30, 2011.

Hi. I've created a profile, critiqued three scripts but can't post my script to the forum. I get an error:

kimCady, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

    1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
    2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Why is this? Tried contacting one of the administrators (Daniel) but have not heard back. I've taken the time to write 3 pretty lengthy critiques of other people's work. Why can't I post my own?

That's odd. Have you verified your email address yet? That could be it.

no, it's because you haven't yet fulfilled the site requirements for posting work to be reviewed... go check the rules 'n regs and you'll see why...

I don't see any "rules n regs" in any navigation on this site. What section are you referring to? If you know the reason I can't post, why can't you just tell me? At the very least, please send me the link to the rules.

As mammamaia correctly states, the rules have the answer you're looking for:

I was hoping for gremlins this time. But no, it's always the rules.
