I looked up a hill in a school zone, and didn't see anything, looked down the hill, and no one was coming, and started to go when boom! Got smacked. I got the ticket, and hit her, though they think she was speeding. She said she was going about 27 in a school zone of 20. But, she didn't get a ticket or anything.
